Are you just connecting your bank account to your Relay account, not putting your money in Relay? They do all that for free? What's the catch?

Relay functions just like a regular bank account but the bank part is done via their partnership with Thread Bank. You don’t connect another account unless you want to move money in or out (like your tax or profit accounts, following Profit First)
