Intresting wording "aerobic power". I question how the words "aerobic zone", "aerobic capacity" are used (and understood) for lower intensity training. Because our "aerobic" "capacity" is the greatest at higher speeds, at the end of a vo2max test, eg at 16kmh. There we use the most 02. And Lactate is high too. So if we use most 02 there, this would mean, that our Mitochondria work the most there, and produce the most "Energy"/Atp there, right? So shouldnt we call low intensity training "low lactate training" rather than "aerobic training"? And where could you really call it anaerobic training? maybe only 100m sprint and below? A 400m sprint is already mostly aerobic, despite extreme lactate?

Too technical . . . just tell us how to get better Aerobic Fitness in plain English. There are plenty of other videos that explain the technical side of it. You guys are all just quoting each other. Go out and do LONG ASS runs and don't get injured but stress the system just enough to trigger the body to adapt
