I just found out that there is a 3rd party. I know I created this circumstance and I know I can change it. I confronted him about it and held my worth and told him that’s ok because I know who the F I am and I know my worth and didn’t cry or act like I used to. I simply walked out. I am the best and I know he will come back begging me on his knees. I am sending her love and wishing her the best and I can’t even be mad really because my insecurities caused this. I am going to focus on me and my self worth and self love and I know everything is going to be ok. He is my husband and that’s my reality. Thank you for your video ❤

This video really hit the nail on the head for me. I manifested his ex bc I felt she was the mother of his child therefore I had no place. I wrote the letter & truly put down my feelings towards this matter and it feels so cathartic. I don’t even know if this will work or not, but I feel soooooo much better. 😊

Hi I got to know about you 12th March , somehow your video popped up on YT. Then I started watching your contact. So i wasted this vid. I wrote letters to 3ps . (Old story : I am dealing with 2 3p's.) I wrote them letters , feeling so relieved. All my anger and resentment has gone. That letter made me realize that 3ps are really helping me to manifest my sp. So on that note I forgive them & completely let them go. Ps : Most of the LOA community is represented by females . Your vids got my attention because the way you're presenting and most importantly you are sharing your own experiences , that got my attention. I love this idea of writing a letter to the 3rd party - going to do this. The idea of burning it, I’ve done that to get rid of certain limiting beliefs in a ‘brain dump.’

Being a much older person, I have an excellent self-image and self-concept. What about a 3rd party that has been there for *decades* (my SP's soulmate), *unbeknownst to me* for all those decades because I only recently encountered my SP? HOW did I create that 3rd party if she's been there for so many years? Will my manifestation be a matter of my holding the idea in my imagination that the 3rd party isn't there and never was there for ALL those established years? The 3rd party hasn't hurt me in any way. I do not have any ill will or negative feelings towards the 3rd party at all.

You would want to place your focus on your and specific person being together in a manner that involves no one else. This will help the 3p fall off on their own. As for how you create it, I am unsure, due to not being in your mind or knowing much context

@@MindOverThisMatrix Thanks, Matthew. I've been able to have an imaginal scene with just the two of us without any problem, although I occasionally do think of the 3rd party in my 3D egoic thoughts. I also just decided to write an "imaginary" letter to the 3rd party, thanking her for taking such good care of him, for teaching him the lessons he needed to learn, and now it's my time to join him for our spiritual life together. I wished her well and watched her walk away in my mind.

When thanking them for their service, that's the 3rd party. If you don't know, you can just thank any circumstances that have held you back.
