Courtilly basically cheated on turn 27/28 because she didn't use the custom block before. This whole game is an asterisk

She didn't have to, they got rid of that rule not long after implementing it and only saying the golden pipe is the only one you have to buy and use so custom blocks could be used to get chance time shenanigans
