One of the magazine articles of the day penned this car as having a 428/C6 combo, and Keith Jackson should have known it had a quality shoe, Bill Shrewsbury, to be exact. Thank goodness the flocking got removed, I saw it at the local mall in 1988, and had no idea it was gonna look like that. Left unattended, I had to jump in for a minute.

The original 1966 Batmobile and the 1989 Batmobiles had a drag race a few years ago, 1966 won.

Pretty sure the batmobile couldn’t do more than 30mph in real life

Had a 330hp V-8 engine (pre-emissions regulations). Pretty sure it could do a lot more than 30 mph. lol
