Somos de un país tercer mundista, mamá jamás se quedó sola en el hospital, uno que se iva el otro venía, hasta las enfermeras y doctores, decían que éramos hijos ejemplares, ya que a otros pacientes los abandonaban en el hospital, para nosotros nuestra prioridad era la salud de nuestra madre, Como es posible que una madre pueda sacar adelante a 4 hijos y 4 hijos no puedan ayudar a su madre. Espero que sus propios hijos le hagan cosas peores

Watching this touched my heart and I started crying cause I have family that doesn't help me with taking care of my dad. I took my dad in to live with me since my mother had to go to a nursing home. I don't have much but I will do everything and anything for my dad. It's so sad even with family around you still feet alone.

This scene was so beautiful and unfortunately it is true in real life. I have seen it happen to people with my own eyes. Before the person has even died and also before the funeral is even finished they are already dividing that person’s belongings because the money is more important than the person. Working in aged care is heartbreaking. We are closer to the patients than their own family.

Iam lucky to have a 92 year old mother and my sister as well both of us take care of mother. It's a 24×7 job But it's worth it taking care of the one who gave birth to us and showered us with love and she still loves us to date. She hugs both of us and kisses us and tells us how much she loves us Sometimes she acts like a little kid and calls me mother. We both love our mother very much .

Have any of you tried taking care of old SICK ...ILL parents???if bedridden due to illness one has to change their diapers ...sponge bath and getting them to eat or taking their medicine takes up to 2 or 3 hours. The reality is much more gruesome and one needs a lot of patience and love to take care of old parents .....I love my mother so it's not a problem to take care of her ....
