excellent video! thank you. re case 3, in terms of the anti-coagulation, you mentioned dabigatran? I thought that dabigatran was contraindicated in aortic valve replacement (RE-ALIGN trial)

Just to add...regarding the mechanism behind cresendo-decresendo murmur in AS... Ejection systole happens in 2 phases I.e. rapid ejection phase and reduced ejection phase. So rapid ejection phase gives rise to the crescendo and the latter phase gives rise to the descendo Thank you very much for sharing quality contents!! Much appreciated
