I don't understand why you don't have more subscribers than khan or AK ... doesn't make sense. this is probably the best MCAT prep material I've encountered. THANK YOU!!

This gentleman is the best. I only watched Khan once, Khan is too verbose, not efficient and you will always get tired.

Dave I just wanted to express my gratitude. You're a phenomenal instructor. You have a true gift for teaching, and I hope you find yourself in academics after Residency. Medicine needs more teachers like this. Passionate about making a difference in their student's lives. This content is so much better than KA. Far ahead of everything. Dave is well-educated on the topic and he presents it in such a clear and understandable manner. You've made countless Doctors by helping Pre-Meds master the MCAT.

You want to explain the phosphate you started with; including the magic double hydroxyls, and why you are linking monophosphates to existing nuclotides instead of the required triphosphates?

Thank you very much for this video. i have a little question, in which grade do you usually consider the exact details of the paring of those bases. I'm in grade 10 and we just started with this topic of the structure of DNA and I'm not quite sure if it will be necessary for me now to already prepare and understand those dtails (the problem actually is that I didnt understand it,,)

2:44 I am not sure if it's a mistake or just a way of orientating the bond with the phosphoester bond with one of the pyrimidine One of the phosphate (the top one) bond is like O () O-P-OH | OH () = Double bond Could you also explain how A and T create a pair if they are not adjacent to each other in the data sheet

And therein lies the problem with traditional education, which developing ways to remember this does not help. If one understands that which one is studying then remembering ceases to be an issue or a problem as remembering such details is intrinsic to understanding.
