May Allah bless you Ustaadh; I don’t know why, because I did not have enough knowledge about the narrations that were mentioned, but the idea of memorising Quran without understanding never appealed to me despite its prevalence. Even reciting without understanding; ‏alhamdulillah I haven’t even really done that since I’ve had pdfs of tafsir. This is the kind of program that I have been waiting for. This is a game changer InshaAllah, may Allah grant you tawfeeq. The narrations that memorising without understanding is against the way of the salaf, is new knowledge; it just validated my thoughts to this point.
