hey sis! let's chat - which season are you currently walking through and BONUS, what is one thing God has taught you during this season?! for me, i think I am coming out of the pruning seasons and starting to experience the harvest season. some dead branches in my life have been cut away, i've been doing the inter-growth work from the stretching season, and I'm starting to see how God has worked it all together to prepare me for this current season of reaping. I'm seeing both public fruit and private fruit and let me just say, i am grateful!!! During this season though, I'm still growing! One thing God has taught me is that fruit takes times and to not try to speed through the process. He's shown me that I can rest in His perfect timing each and every time.

I loved this! I am definitely feeling both Pruning and Stretching. God is really working with me in my character and has definitely cut away poor relationships and is cutting away poor habits, spiritually, emotionally, financially and physically! He's working a great work and just to know his hand is on me and he chooses to use me and WANTS to shape me into someone for his glory...I can't ask for anything better. I just came clean to him about a very deep darkness in my heart and I finally feel so much lighter. Being honest with him is truly freeing. And I love that he doesn't neglect us just because of those imperfections, but rather walks us through them so they can ultimately be removed for our good for his glory! So exciting! 16:25

Amen HANG in there it’s important like she mentioned for us to not focus on our emotions cause that can be a BIG distractions on something great that’s coming! So don’t even LISTEN to the lies of the enemy because that’s what he wants focus to forget about everything God did for you and focus on your feelings at the moment . The book of proverbs encourages us to not follow our hearts for “heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick” always remember your brothers and sisters of Christ are all going through or have gone through the same thing but it’s all worth it in the end ❤Amen May God bless you .

I truly believe that I am in my harvest season! God has been answering so many prayers recently and just moving up to new levels in my relationship with Him and in life! I’m going through two seasons at the same time - pruning and stretching. As He is pruning- cutting out the unnecessary from my life, He is also Stretching me - doing the inner work, changing me and molding me. Obedience is key is the process, the more I obey, the more he cuts out and the more I am healing on the inside. Even my desires are changing. It’s not the most comfortable process but I am feeling so free falling in love with Him all over again. ❤. Thanks for this video. ❤

Continue to press through. It’s a long journey with many lessons along the way. God will work it all out for your good and for His glory. Medicine is a ministry. We definitely need you. From a fellow physician who has failed a few exams in med school and I’m now board certified. You only fail if you quit. I was let go from my job last year May and I thought I'd bounce back cause of all my accolades (3 degrees including a Masters) but oh, was I ill-informed. That was my Pruning Season. I'm still unemployed and in my Dry Season I believe. Funny enough, I feel His strength with me every day. I really thank God for being with me. It's not easy but I'm trusting that He'll see me through.

It’s so weird because God Himself taught me that the fall season was when things were falling off and He was removing all my old ways, my old perspectives, my old way of thinking and my old habits, etc so that I could be like a leafless tree so that He can fill me up with Him. I say tree because that is the vision He gave me was two trees. One had a little bit of leaves and one was completely bare no leaves at all. And He said that is what I am going to do to you. I said what Lord? And He said I am going to take everything out of you all of your (things said above) so you can be like the bare tree and I will pour all of me into you. The little bit of leaves represented all those things listed above. It was amazing how He showed me.

You make a very special content and I plan to be more consistent at watching your videos! I believe I’m in a dry season right now which is summer ! I am praying for my calling, but I am also in the season of receiving and excepting where God has me. I feel like I’m called to be a missionary, but I’m not exactly sure why I feel kind of stuck. Continuing to be thankful for the season diamond but I also know that God is preparing me for something big! I'm in a Dry season right now and I've learned to enjoy the quiet and the rest that comes with it. I used to worry my way through them, but, time and time again, I've witnessed God order my steps right out of Dry seasons and into Harvest before I even knew what was happening! I trust His cycles and have learned to view Dry seasons as times of hibernation (periods of rest). With fewer obligations & distractions in this season, it's easier for the teachings and revelations of the Holy Spirit to crystallize in me. So when the next season comes, I'm more informed, more prepared, and more empowered. To God be the glory!

I am in the Harvest Season. I have learned in this season that we must learn to embrace our now so GOD can see that he can ENTRUST us with our next. If we focus so much on wanting to move on to a new job, house, car, etc he wants us first to open our eyes to the many blessings he has in front of us. Everything has an appointed time.

The dry season DEFINITELY seems like the longest sometimes! I'm currently in the harvest season & experiencing a lotttt of stretching. One thing God has taught me during this season is to not become sluggish. After the dry season we sometimes feel burnt out or like we've tried certain things before and they didn't work so why try again. God has been working on me to keep the momentum and keep pushing forward!🙏

As christians our faith is constantly being tested. But no matter what we continue to trust in Jesus. Even though it may be difficult and we don’t understand why God is testing us his purpose is to prove that our faith is real. Since covid I fell on a terrible hardship. I lost my job for declining the vaccine. I declined due to my health conditions. I suffer from lupus, and heart disease. I’m now waitressing but not making nearly enough to get by. I’m a single mom, my husband died suddenly years ago. I’m all alone. My children are autistic and non verbal, I’m overwhelmed. I recently started homeschooling them because they were having so many issues in school including bullying. Please pray for me. I’m struggling to pay rent, struggling to buying groceries, struggling to afford the tools I need to homeschool my sons. I WANT TO GIVE UP! But I TRUST in you JESUS. Even as I struggle providing for my children. I will keep faith in God. Faith over fear. Lord hear my prayers. I don’t understand why I’m going through this hardship for so long but I trust you LORD!

I have learned that sometimes when you are in a season where you’re having deep intimate closeness with the Lord…In the future: you may not always be in a season to experience that closeness the same way. So, when HE draws me close and puts things in place that I might feel or see as a hardship…I get myself together and find gratitude. Thank you for sharing w us!

I am in my dry season, I graduate Saturday. I couldn’t have made it without the LORD. I will have my associates degree. I wanted to drop out so many times due to fear. This morning I almost mixed up the times to pick up my pronouncer card but by the grace of GOD, I ended going to my colleges grad picnic. I thought the bags everyone had were goody bags but they were actually our pronouncer cards. I ended up picking up m pronouncer card and found out that I am summa cum laude. I don’t know who needs to hear this but stay diligent in prayer and trust in the LORD.

Hello, I think I'am on my Pruning Season (Spring) and I thank God for carrying me all the way here... Just want to share that Winter Season or any season is best experienced alone with God, the longer you stay on your season means (maybe) He is preparing you for something big or bigger. It would have been easier to go through any season with a team to cheer you on but I guess it will not develop the faith and relationship that God intended for us to adopt into our lives if that is the case. I am just thankful that I survive winter alone with God, and can never be more thankful enough for our new found relationship. Glory be to God!

I’m definitely in the stretching season. I’ve been going through some things that are really forcing me to put my trust in God + surrender control to him. Before watching this video, I felt the Holy Spirit tell me I was being stretched. I’m learning that I have to trust in him with all my heart + lean not on my own understanding, in all my ways submit to him + he’ll make my path straight (Proverbs 3:5-6). Definitely in my pruning season. I thought about giving up but where would I go ? He is my happiness. The way I feel in his presence. When I read his word . It is hard but where would I go and be without God. I've been to the world and tried a few things on my own but failed . I can't do anything on my own I need God so much . Knowing that he accepts me with all of my flaws and wants to heal and mould me and wash clean brings me joy . There is nobody like him ladies . I've tried relationships and failed 😢. I am tired of doing everything on my own ,depression was winning. I mean the enemy was winning but his grace saved me. It's hardest season ever because I like control and impatience. But he will give me strength to allow him to stretch me and prune me. Because it's either this or death and I don't want to die I choose life which is what he said we must do in his word. I know it's hard ladies and it often feels like you are stuck . I've also lost my friends and they've been graduating and moving forward but I trust my redeemer now. Just recently came across this lady and wow I am inspired. I cannot wait to wake Up and praise my god instead of crying and thinking he is punishing me 🙏❤️

I was thinking about this concept a couple days ago. I’ve been a born-again Christian for only a short time now but I’ve been able to see the ebb and flow of these seasons in the 4 years I’ve been growing with our Lord. ❄️When God found me I was put through a pretty tough Winter/stretching season. I had to learn to trust His timing and His word through pretty intense anxiety. That lasted about a year and a half, starting in 2020. 🌱Afterwards I was put in a Spring/pruning season that helped me move to my dream apartment and cut me off so that I had a lot of alone time with God. It was a little testing at times but created some of my fondest memories in a long time. ☀️Currently I think I’m in a Summer/dry season because I’ve been sent to a very small town that’s totally far from everything I’ve been used to for the last 7 years. It’s exactly like you said in the video about it feeling like I’m so far from God despite going to the Word and Church everyday. 🍁It’s extra hard because I know 100% my Autumn/harvest season is coming up (funnily enough I’m actually graduating in the fall) but it’s been a long time coming (I’m in medical school abroad and haven’t been able to see my parents for 8 years now). Even though I’m a little tired and parched right now I’m going to keep giving my all, embrace this season and plant those good seeds! Loved loved loved this video, sis. In this pruning season, God has led me to isolation. I had to remove myself from a lot of social ties and settings so I can be more open to receiving his omens. It’s hard but whenever I get a whisper from him, it makes it all worthwhile

Patient waiting with a Good Attitude is a good indication that you are growing in your season. When we can have a sincere heart towards God and say, Okay Lord, I'm hurting, But I want to do this correctly with you! Ask God to Help you wait with a Good Attitude. He loves that and it shows maturity. And eventually that kind of sincere prayer and heart towards the Lord actually produces healing and you'll find that the waiting period is easier. This!! I truly do feel we can experience all seasons in various time spans. I've felt like God has stretched and pruned me within the span of a few days lol, but also harvest an abundance of spiritual growth and increased faith in my reflection time with God. God truly works in mysterious ways and tailors our seasons to the calling and assignment he has placed on our life. Romans 8:28 is a verse I've clung to in what feels like a wave of all seasons combined.

Recently I was in the stretching and pruning season, and I know that what God was and is teaching me is to trust and obey him, especially when it's the most inconvenient. And another lesson that came hard some weeks ago was that "I had need of Patience". As I'm growing in this season , God is blessing me but at the same time I am learning new lessons along the way which is challenging but I know God is stretching my faith muscle, he wants me to lean on him. I’m truly in a season of pruning, my sister moved out on me, things felt like it was falling apart but I had to call on Jesus. I’ve been praying about relocating for moths and then bam this happened. I’ve been trusting God whole heartedly that he will make a way! What my eyes don’t see I still believe and I know God is with me and he is answering me! It’s not easy but to be closer to God everyday is so worth it to me. I’m learning and growing and also believing! He is able!

I’m currently in my harvest season. God put me through stretching pruning and dry season for a little over a year. I just entered my harvest season walking into college and it’s been so beautiful and exciting, just everyday it feels brand new and I know it is God sent.

Sis! I’m currently going through a pruning season. Mindsets, relationships and all sorts being cut off from my life. I just ended a relationship with a good hearted man that I truly love and adore but his heart is not for God. He knows the Lord but doesn’t make Him a priority and it’s been affecting the way I’ve looked at him since I’ve found my way back to Christ last year. I’ve grown closer and closer to God but it’s also drawn me away from him and I knew that if God wasn’t in his heart and he’s chosen not to fully surrender, it would be hard to continue the relationship w/o their being problems. I’ve prayed for our relationship to work but there were things I couldn’t ignore and dismiss. I see the world in such a spiritual perspective now the more I read into Gods word and pray and fast and learn. And it’s been hard to connect with him in the spiritual sense because he is more of the world. And it’s heartbreaking because I know what a good kind hearted person he is but I know deep down in my heart God wants more for me than what I was in. So I’m currently dealing with the separation and having to get through the days without him. He’s still in my prayers because I still care so much. We ended on peaceful terms and kinda hope that us being separated might be for the best. I feel like I’ve lost a good man but I also believe in restoration within the relationship in the future maybe or Gods got other plans far greater than I can expect. So I’m keeping close to God during this time because I am hurting from my loss but I believe my God is far bigger than my situation. It’s hard right now but being close to God is getting me through moment by moment. Day by day

I cant begin to tell you how this video blessed me and how I needed to hear this! I am in a very very long dry season (mixed in with some pruning). I guess I'm shocked that I never expected a dry season!! I never ever thought I would feel distance from the Lord!! This has helped me so much with perspective to see what God is doing. What I learned from this was that God had already started pruning for me and some that have been pruned never had good intentions for me and are currently trying their best to cause pain and chaos in my life. I am so blessed to have seen this video I was reading 1 Samuel chapter 12:17 and it read “Is it not wheat harvest now? I will call on the Lord to send thunder and rain. And you will realize what an evil thing you did in the eyes of the Lord when you asked for a king.” And I have been feeling like I am in a dry season after I just graduated from college in May, things have not been going the way I have been expecting them to but I know that without God I would not have been able to graduate and win that fight without him, so in the midst I am trying to have the spirt of solitude and gratification after a huge accomplishment. There isn’t much rain but what he is teaching me is to be still and wait on the Lord and trust him with all my heart. Not to rush the process and to not stop praying. Because that is what the enemy wants. So I greatly appreciate how you summed this up and making it relatable and the scriptures to refer to for encouragement no matter what season we are in! ❤

I’m in the pruning season. I prayed for a job at a company with a healthy culture. Instead I was fired from my toxic company before I could land another job. I continued to pray for a job and every single thing I applied to, even retail, I was rejected from. I felt confused in what God wants me to do for my career if nothing is working out for the past few years. While on unemployment, I’m focusing on my only option left. Growing my own business. I figured that’s what God wants me to do. He took away everything to add the pressure for me to work on this business.

Grateful to God for this. I currently feel that I am in my stretching season, possibly moving toward my pruning season. Been feeling an incredible shift of heart and I know that God is posturing me for more. I think I'm in 'pruning season' and 'dry season' at the same time, what I'm learning right now, is how I thought my faith in God was good. But God showed me I had lack of faith in Him also in time of trouble and in time of uncertainty. I started with my business but I had a lot of doubt, because of my past I did not use wisdom in my finance most of the times. Now is it dry season for almost 7 months but God provided food for me every time!
