Great work James. Take away points : Cut out words like COST, PRICE replace with VALUE. Ensure to mention the full figure of tax cut offered. Also, replace Contract, Agreement with Paperwork

@@JamestheSolarEnergyExpert I market medical related products to detect cancer. But, I'm fascinated by solar. I'm good at lead generation. I'm looking for a great solar company that's in many states or all of them I can possibly do lead generation for. James, you have ideas?

If and when you decide to move forward with solar, what would you base your decision on....love it James. What are some of the responses you have heard from that question?
@JamestheSolarEnergyExpert5 жыл бұрын
Gonzagafan some of the replies are.. - I want to save money. - I want the best system at the lowest cost. - I don’t want the panels at the front of my house. - I don’t want to lease the system. - Etc...

Wait....another contradiction! You said in a recent video NOT to offer all the types of financing and different products because you need to keep it simple. You also said not to go to homes but to do video conferencing 🤦♀️

Hey James I’ve been watching your videos. We just started a D2D solar & roofing division. I’ve been a top D2D telecom and security rep for 6 years. I’m excited to finally sell solar. I was wondering if you had a door 2 door solar pitch? Thank you, your videos are awesome man.

Love the idea of sending a 48 hr and 24 hr video. Quick question, though, if I don't want to let them know about ALL the products we offer, because I'm trying to guide them towards a PPA, what other kind of video would you recommend?
@JamestheSolarEnergyExpert2 жыл бұрын
Hey Bartholome, that's a great question but did you know that PPA's are not going to be the best option for most homeowners?
@carmelgabriel45782 жыл бұрын
What if you just started and you don't have any testimonials?
@JamestheSolarEnergyExpert2 жыл бұрын
Hey Carmel, good question. I suggest to start working on getting referrals. And once you have at least 4-5 referrals you can create a video with all your homeowners raving about you.

Taylor McCarthy is a 31-year old armed with information to put you in power-he is a cold call pro from Boston, Massachusetts, and lived out of a suitcase for his first few years of grinding. Over the past 10 years, he’s made over $6-million in sales/commissions while building door-to-door direct sales teams. At 18-years old he was the #1 Sales Rep in the entire United States for Verizon/Comcast out of 3200 sales reps. For 3 consecutive years, he was #1 selling Home Security and was one of very few that installed 400 each summer. He holds a title few achieve as “Salesman of the Year” 3 times, a true back-to-back-to-back. Taylor also holds an incredible record of 114 personal roofing sales in 10 days. What do you do in markets like Vegas when you review the bill? There’s no distribution or transmission costs. When you look at the charge details there’s actually credits so the bill doesn’t look bad.
@JamestheSolarEnergyExpert4 жыл бұрын
I agree but they don't have the ability to lock in their rates so it never goes up ever again. Because even if their bill is low, it will increase every year and eventually they will be paying a lot more. Let's chat in more detail. Click the link and get on my calendar. solarstrategycall.com/

Typical sales B.S. Problem with solar panel installation is the fact that the installers are most likely unskilled at potential roofing issues caused by walking on the roof and drilling holes in your roof....tile roofs especially. If solar is so great then everyone should be running to the solar install companies. And why does the government need to pay for part of the install inorder to entice you to buy the product? And if the roof leaks or rots under the panels down the line will that company be around to repair the roof?
@kiddothezeko2 жыл бұрын
Most solar companies have a 25 year roof penetration warranty to counter this argument..
