I do recommend the Eastwood compressors anymore. After using them for a year, one spontaneously failed. Even with replacement components it still doesn't work. The other leaks oil profusely from one of the fittings, despite being tightened. I have switched to using an EMAX compressor.

might need to fix a spelling mistake there jack, but dam that sucks! I hope it wasn't too much of an issue replacing it!

Wow! I never thought that the air system was so complicated. Never even thought about needing multiple filters. Great job!

My goodness! So much expense and detail in maintaining just the air going to the characters!

The first two places that come to mind for the random pressure leak would be the overfill pressure relief valve or the regulator itself. Eastwood's website says the relief value triggers at 160psi. Is it happening right after the pump switches off? Because it will bleed a small amount of air out of the pump after reaching the shutoff pressure at 145psi. I don't know what your hoses and fittings are rated for but you may want to consider dropping your line pressure to 125psi or so to put a little less stress on your components. It could also help if that's where your leak is. Also, a friendly reminder to open the drains on the bottom of your tanks for a couple seconds every so often because they still collect a lot of moisture! 😊

Interesting process! These videos are very entertaining, and informative to having a awesome Rock-Afire show! I also hope we get to see updates on the Gaslight Village Show soon.

I am working to build a moving trailer haunted attraction. It will require a great volume of air to run correctly. I definitely am interested to hear how the Eastwood compressors hold up for you in the next little while. I may look into them myself.

The shows at chuck e cheese had to drain the water too or is that something all animatronics need?? I noticed Tallahassee 3 stage helen had oil leaking all over her neck fur!
