Thank you, Eric for this fine video. I live in Las Vegas and have been on a supplement plan. However, after seeing your Nevada video this summer, I have been seriously thinking about changing to Medicare Advantage. I found a five star plan with a part B give back and it has everything that I need. If not, I can use my trial right and return to my old plan the following year. Sorry I did not get to meet you when you came to Las Vegas this summer. I wish you and your family all God‘s best for the holiday season.🙏

The guy from medigapseminars had a good idea. Maybe it would be cheaper for the government to do away with advantage and just give a subsidy for the premiums on HDG for low income people.

There are plans called Medicare Medical Savings Accounts that sort of act like that. They havent been sustainable as a business model for most carriers that offer them.

Hi Erik. I am in North Texas. There isn’t a mountain, beach, or desert in sight. Here in N.TX, my MAP MooP will be a whopping $6,700 in 2025. If I have understood what you have told me, two reasons for this large MooP is (1) my MAP is a PPO and (2), the network is large. But these tiny MooPs you mention in your video, are these for MAP HMOs?

You left out a lot of these MAPD with lower OOP have a premium that probably ranges between 150-250 a month and the zero monthly premium has a higher OOP limit. Those that are in lower income areas obviously are going to go with the zero dollar HMO option. Lastly, the state of Florida is so unregulated. Should watch CNBC American Greed there are a range of providers, DME, RX cos., insurers just preying on seniors.

Cost is a prime motivation...Sigh. But knowing a "great or good" Adavantage Plan can indeed change drastically any given year, that river 🌊 can lead you down a beach 🏖 without a mountain! ⛰ 😜
