No well developed mods have other ways to optain items and if an item is wery important you can cheat it in but making a new world is advised

Mod of redemption + secrets of the shadows + fargos souls + erobis is legit most fun i had in a long time yals should try it you got accessories n weapons for every part of the game so mutch more bosses i personaly limited myselfe to use certaint enchants only post some bosses like the snow enchant i limited post deerclops bone enchant post wof and lead enchant is post destroyer the ancient shadow enchant post mech cuz it usualy wrecks them
