That Case has the fairly rare hydraulic lift on it. Guy got a great deal on it.

No shame in selling off a project here or there! Sometimes life just gets in the way and you have to make sacrifices. I've sold three tractors this past month that I bought with plans of fixing and keeping, but had to get rid of before I even had the chance to use them.
