Ive recently had a spiritual awakening, and at this time i feel im between stage 1 and 2.. with all the chaos surrounding us, politically socially and so on, I'm finding there is much peace inside myself

Stage 4. Today a woman pretended to faint while I wasn't giving her more attention than would be needed in that situation, and I just asked her if she needs a doctor and I am going to call an ambulance. And she immediately was OK again. Some months before I would have immediately asked if she needs water or a seat ect. I stopped. I don't agree with this video, saying that compassion is growing. It's not. Peeling the layers are just there if you feed them.

I felt stuck and confused these past weeks, an inner turmoil. Until I listened to all stages and found myself at stage five. I feel I can't communicate well with my family, and I would rather keep my comments private, scared they will not get me. Like how stage 5 says, just trust in the system, and now I know I'm on the right path. Thanks 😊

my advice to you is remember to stop and breath. just simply be, give yourself that time. to many people are trying to live things that have been or are not yet. when what you need to do is stop and live in the now. You can't change yesterday, it's already happened, you can live in tomorrow, it's not happened yet and may not happen. Only NOW is where you can take action, live, breath and be.
