Not all the worst hills in Surrey are in the Surrey Hills, Pebble Hill hits 30%, White Hill Lane (Caterham) also does. Succumbs Hill is another that is way harder than Barhatch, as is Saltbox Hill.

Saltbox Hill is nowherre near as hard as those. White Hill Lane maxes out at about 18 per my experience and Pebble is similar. Chalkpit is REALLY hard.
