I didnt have the best experience with Teddy Blake ☹️ They reached out to do a video, sent me a bag & the condition was def not up to expectation for a 400$ handbag so I returned it & told them I would not be doing the video. I have been eyeing Strathberry for a while. My friend just got the Mosaic, I think thats the name, & she loves it. I also just found out they are handmade 😱

I received my first polene bag Numero Uni nano in chalk colour in September 2023. When I opened the box I wanted to cry. They have changed their famous luxury packaging to a cheaply made underwhelming recycled box with no gold engraving of the model. The dust bag fabric is like a sand paper, I wouldn’t even put my shoes in it! The bag itself was alright but not worth the hype. No more Polene bag for me! I stick to higher brands or mid range ones that I can see in the stores. Polene new packaging looks like a counterfeit that someone received from Poshmark!

Wow! Im sorry to hear this. I ordered some jewelry from them and it came in the new box and I didnt feel like the quality was as bad as you have mentioned. I have also had close friends order form them and the box & dist bag feel pretty sturdy. I wonder if this was a one off? 🙁
