Gary's Book "Seat of the Soul" made me aware of my thought processes - the main takeaway was in order to live a life of joy is letting go of fear and making life decisions based on love for myself. I am older but come from a Norwegian/Lutheran family. Many members started the Sons of Norway. There was SO MUCH abuse. I had to run away in my 20s from all of my family/cousins..... as it felt like I was in a cult. I was not allowed to think for myself and especially, being a female there was the feeling of being the "lesser" species. My aunt had her child given away after a birth out of wedlock because it was a "shame". Everything was focused on guilt and shame. UGH. I will be so happy when organized religion dissolves.

My intuition is on fire this year. I know things before they happen. 2 surprising times this year my thoughts became my reality. During the eclipse I was driving for work & I thought who do I know with a welding helmet? My next passenger had a welding helmet!! Last week I thought about how important it is to laugh about something everyday The next passenger an old lady. Otw to her house said You know it's important to find something to laugh about every day? That's just 2 examples. There are many other times when I just KNOW where I'm going. Today I had a 30 minute ride I accepted & I knew I was going to Cleveland TN. And we did!! Thanks Janekke for digging into these topics. Our reality is truly created by our thoughts & feelings 😅

As a longtime practioner of Self-knowledge (started way back in 1968) I noticed the change through the 1970's and 80's and how it seemed to grow exponentially from the 1990's onward. At 88, I'm still into this most important of all pursuits, for a know by an epiphany in my 30's that each of us is God - or a part of God, and that love, compassion, joy and infinite understanding are at our core.

The reason why everything is happening is because the Earth has taken an initiation into higher consciousness, all the beings that are living on earth are going to be affected by this. There are giant waves of energy that have been hitting the planet for a long time and then receding so we can integrate them and then an even more powerful wave comes. These waves are light and conscious , and all of us affected by them must go to higher levels of consciousness. 🌅🌅🌅

Ask for the 'white light to come thru you'. This is what changed my heart, and expanding within - I feel it, not sense it , I can actually feel it and it is a wonder to me. I have to say I did not ask for this 'shaft of light' but my consciousness had reached a point of understanding. It came down thru my crown and slowly moved thru and out of my toes. It has put inside me an expanding ability to respond in a best way according to a situation, it is a new feeling within me, it is a cool feeling, (not hot or cold), it has expanded my curiosity, it has expanded my love for anything and everyone who crosses my path, it has shown me that the animal kingdom is already receiving it, we will see in humanity very soon, and it is Love & Peace. All that we are asked to do is let it do as your heart knows at any given moment. Gary is talking of this around the 27 minute mark in this video, i'.e. "the ability to CHOOSE" is yours.

Thank you Gary. Can I share where 'enabling authenticity' started or awakened within me? It began when a dear new friend started subtlely game playing with my emotions and not too far down the track of "'relationship' it hit me hard one day and I knew to end it right there and then. After a week or two, her husband asked me what happened, was it something he or she had done. That question caused me to understand why I walked away,. Another week or two later, this 'friend' arrived saying I"can't leave it there". I simply answered, "I don't do or abide by emotional blackmail". Understanding what I was experiencing opened the door to authentic consciousness. From there on it has been great to learn the difference between my physical and emotional vessel/body is what gets hurt but my soul, you cannot hurt ! This is how Jesus bore the crucifixion - His soul was not hurt...

And my love for animals causes enormous resentment for how humans treat them, each other and the children. I cant be in joy when an animal is suffering. I care for animals, have done all my life. I nurse and release birds, take in strays, rehab abused dogs snd cats. I focus my energy on healing, giving them safety & security, freeing them from fear. I know that i cannot be everywhere, so i do all i can & my example has seen many dogs and cats adopted & appreciated simply through the witness of my own actions by others. To attempt to control others behaviours is against free will, no matter how another chooses to behave. Demonstrating compassion can have a profound effect on those who may not be compassionate to begin with. This is how to change the world for the better imho.

Thank you so much for this discussion. Gary brings up a point that reverberates within me with some urgency. I think it's urgency of immediate opportunity, not fear. There is a deeper opportunity here if we want it. A path is being highlighted, but with love and rather insistently. Gary refers to a conservative leader and then other brutal leaders in Europe's history. I can see through my game right now if I want to. Why did any of those figures show up appearing either brutal or as a particular savior from other ones, depending upon how one looked at them? Only because I wanted them to look that way. If I look at them as my divine siblings, they are only light. To pretend there is some threat in them that is real and that is anything other than the chaos I wanted to see is to lie to myself. Again. But I don't have to keep lying to myself. I can only see in this game that which I wanted to see. This is a game about pretending that brutality was possible, and I keep seeing it "over there" or in history when my actual fear is that the brutality is alive within me. Actually, the brutality was never real. It was only a game I have been playing with myself, and it is a game under my control. When I say "my," I mean that any I can say this, because we are all the same I. When I look at one I call other, whether in history or seemingly right now, it is the simple reflection of my mind looking back at me. When I see us all as we truly Are, no matter what costume of brutality I may have projected on top of it, my reflection in anyone or anything shines right through any surface, brutal or not. Vital. That is the word that keeps coming to me. It's vital that I see this now and stop pretending, because this is a big shortcut. I can see how I would rather take the shortcut, and I can also see how time will be kind to us as I focus on the kindness alive within every brother and sister, historical or not, apparently brutal or not. Nothing is more important right now. Thanks to you both for helping me to hear this message 💚
