I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for...

Oh my lord, his pronunciation of Pamplico is so sad. He's obviously not closely familiar with SC lol

Great video but why so much usage of masked covidians? An agenda makes one wonder about other information presented

We live in NY and im so done with the cold & snow! My husband is about to retire, I’m very interested in johnsonville and Pamplico but I want to know how far away are stores like Home Depot, TJ Maxx, grocery stores etc. I haven’t found this info on any other channels. I want to see what the towns look like. TY! 😊 visiting SC this summer.
@RetirementLifeUSA7 ай бұрын
Both towns are about 30 mins to Home Depot and TJ Maxx. They both do have big box grocery stores as well as local stores as well. They are nice towns that are not too expensive.
@Bryanw10277 ай бұрын
Both of these towns are in Florence County and these are great little towns to live in. 30 mins from Florence and 30 mins from the Beach

LMAO.. you think 500k for a house is AFFORDABLE????
@RetirementLifeUSA7 ай бұрын
For homes on the coast, 500k is some of the least expensive. The median price S.C. home sold for in Feb. 2024 was $361,800. So living on the coast is for that price is not too bad.

My daughter and husband live in Dorchester, SC. They found an all brick 2 story home on 3 acres in a nice neighborhood for less then 250,000. It was built in the 80s, but they did get a good deal. It's a large house.

How about Taylor’s or towns around there any thoughts?
@richdewitt7607 ай бұрын
Keith Do any of these towns have ZERO HISTORY of flooding? From NJ and after Hurricane Sandy it is a top of mind worry. Rich
@RetirementLifeUSA7 ай бұрын
Rich, with the exception of Bluffton all others are inland towns, so there could be some flooding during a major event and there is always localized flooding. But if ypu are looking to stay flood prone areas, cross Bluffton off your list
