On July 16, 2024, the feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel of New Manila was celebrated at the Minor Basilica of the National Shrine of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. As a Minor Basilica and National Shrine, this church serves as the center of the Order of Discalced Carmelite Friars throughout the Philippines. The feast was vibrant and grand, as it was a special day to honor their Queen and Patroness, reflecting their unwavering devotion and commitment to God.
During our visit to the Minor Basilica of the National Shrine of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, we witnessed the solemnity and grandeur of the celebration. The simplicity of the event allowed the presence of the Lord to be deeply felt, thanks to the beautifully solemn Mass and festivities. In this video, we showcased the highlights of the feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, which also commemorates the 50th Parish Fiesta of this revered church.
