Hi I'm after some advice with regards to gaining permanent residency in Spain. We are a young family me,my partner and my young daughter. I have enough capital to purchase a family home for us. I can generate an income from back home to financially support us in Spain so we wouldn't necessarily need a working visa although my partner would probably like the idea of working part time in childcare out there. How easy would this be to achieve can I just purchase the property and move to Spain essentially? Thanks for your help

We are from the UK so uncertain how brexit would effect us. Having to leave the country for the 90/180 period wouldn't be ideal for us and we would want to enroll our young daughter in a school in Spain.

Hi, I am a Filipino and I have heard Filipinos can apply citizenship after two years of permanent residency in Spain. So may I ask if I have a working visa, does it mean that I have permanent residency in Spain? So for example I find a job first in Spain, apply for a working visa, then fly to Spain, then stay for two years, then apply for citizenship?

Hi, I'm British and have been living here in Spain since 2013. I have a certificate of padronamiento for more than 6 years, I also have an NIE. I have not worked during this time but I am finacially supported by my partner who is a Spanish citizen. I have until the end of the year before the brexit takes effect. Hi! If you have been 5 months illegally in the country, you have two options. Go back to your country of origin and initiate the application procedure from there, or to wait until 3 years and get arraigo social.
