我是雙手張開，起跳同時雙手向上，類似開合跳，可以最快速時間到達最高點，最高高度有全力跳的70~80%！是直上直落的跳躍！可以看威金斯那平時散漫的防守動作，轉變成有意識積極時，手是很自然地張開上下擺動！雙腳雙手最接近我的防守動作是勇士隊威金斯，腳步防守動作最接近我的是破！ 與持球者的距離最短是他可以正常持球投籃的距離，我沒有算耶，我只知道跳起來要在球投出的軌道上！這也是後發先至，不可能球投出飛行一大步的距離才起跳，那就很高了！ 這種防守方法對跳投時間有點久的沒用，因為你跳比他慢，他就快出手，你跳起來可以封阻到他，他就慢一點出手(空中) 發現氣脈是我以上練習發現...我沒有投籃的練習，所以丟不遠，卡歪勒勒教練教我雙手持球橫向丟球，讓我發現平時打幾下正拳，從腰間橫向發力有一條軌道，讓我很輕鬆丟過半場打到籃板，而且球丟出去瞬間，籃板看起來還變大了，因此現在再練習各種三分線上丟球方式，從腰間往上丟球丟到籃板(這個應該是打格鬥天王用昇龍拳練成的心法氣脈，心中與手指使用過無數次昇龍拳)，雙手持球舉過頭向上丟球丟到籃板，單手舉起呈等腰三角的一角丟球丟籃板(右手右邊，左手左邊，這個應該是用閃擊拳抓蚊子練成的氣脈)，現在已經可以用投籃方式，從三分線丟到籃框了！

I’m a 2 legged jumper naturally. A quick hop step, and practicing jumping off two on the run is the way to help that. Work on form at first, and once you get form down; work on full speed. I’m 5’5” and I used to be able to hit rim before I blew out my Achilles lol
