ALL ballistic missiles travel at Mach 20+ in their terminal phase. And ALL ICBM’s have to travel at a minimum speed to break free of Earths gravity and get to their mid course phase. This speed is basically the same across the board. Even the USA’s very first ICBM the Titan traveled at Mach 20+ speeds in Their terminal phase. Saying that The USA has a missile that will travel Mach 25 and Russia has one that’s Mach 20 you are missing the point. Mach 15 and up is how fast ballistic missiles warheads fly on re entry or the terminal phase. The point is this was true in the 1950’s all the way to today. This has never and will never change as long as we have these weapons.

This must be old because the US Army is already being issued Dark Eagle or the Long Range Hypersonic Weapon. It’s a boost glide vehicle similar to Avangard. It supposedly has a range of 2000 miles but I’m sure the real Range is classified. If it’s just 2000 then they will be deployed in Alaska, Europe, and possibly Japan and South Korea. Guam already has some I think. I’m Sure they are putting nuclear tips on some of them but most will be conventional. Before the end of the year the US will Also release the ARRW or Air Lauched Rapid Response Weapon another hypersonic glide vehicle and Boeing is producing right now another air Lauched Scramjet powered cruise missile. The Air Force and Navy probably already have some by now. And of course we have the Sentinal ICBM that will be ready by 2029 and go into service in 2030. And the replacement for the ATACMs short range ballistic missiles is already in Army inventories it’s called the PRSM or Prism or Precision Strike Missile with a range of 610 miles. And also before the end of the year Lockehed will release a brand new intermediate range ballistic missile with a range of 3400 miles. Notice a trend here? This is what happens when Russia doesn’t abide by treaties and we find out and pull out of the treaty. The treaty guaranteed that we wouldn’t build or deploy short and intermediate range ballistic missiles. So the PRSM and the new one about To come out would have been off the table. Russia was violating the treaty by developing more of them. That’s why any treaty signed by Russia isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. That’s why if I’m Ukraine there is nothing to negotiate about. All Russians must leave Ukraine. If not war will continue until they are thrown out.
