When it comes to controlling your Parkinson's symptoms, you likely know that exercise is key. However, when it comes to Parkinson’s, all exercise is Good, but NOT all exercise is created Equal. Invigorate Physical Therapy and Wellness Parkinsons is tuff I’ve being living with the beast for 21 years I’m now 43 ... my main symptoms is dystonia and draggy foot .... dystonia is cruel very painful .... I try and get out on me bike I usually cycle 15k three times a week .... which helps but when I’m ON I will usually have draggy foot which annoys me til no end ... I like ur wee videos and ur advice very helpful by the way .... I live in Ireland ... ☘️☘️☘️ thank you 😊

Hi, play table tennis 3 times a week, walking football twice per week and swimming once plus look after grandkids 3 times -love it all

I saw your handwriting improving video. Do that exercise my handwriting has improved. Thanks. Problem is that some time l can't walk my foot freeze. Please suggest exercise those help me for proper walk. Please solve the problem. Bandana Gangwar India Jaipur.

I just have such an overall body exhaustion, pain, I just don't know how to get gumption to even live let alone excersize. I know I need to. I have regidity, bent over, stiff, feel like an elephant on my chest all time with the anxiety & depression. I don't have health insurance so getting bare minimum with anything to do with my Parkinson's.

I missed the morning video. I've just got certified to teach parkinsons . I teach Chair yoga now but wanting to learn more to add to my heal and fitness tools. I've already been incorporating the memory exercise games. Love learning more and more. Thanks for doing this!❤

I am so grateful for thev4th élément. I've been suffering from PD for 14 yrs...but have found through these difficult years that this PD is VERY NUANCED... I need a PT plan that is tailored to me. Bless you for advocating.
