So this is actually an old video 😅 some stuff happened with the file, it’s a long story. Basically I finished and then lost like half of the video. It was originally supposed to be a Percy AND Annabeth reaction video but like I said that part of the video went POOF (all those hours 🥹). Anyways I decided, like, frick this I’m just going to post this (becaue it’s actually been rottng for like idk several months)

I don't know why but Percy and Annabeth angst are some of my favorites, don't get me wrong I have a love hate relationship for angst on any character, but I feel like Percy's and Annabeth's don't get talked about as much.

yes especially the fact that Percy narrated the first five books and people don’t bring up the angst he quite literally talked about out the whole series

do people actually know where the term angst came from. its from the german word for fear. calling someone an angsty teen is calling them a scared child.

@@dionaspecial4311 oh the definition is not what you should look up to find a words origin. since that usually shows modern definition. and not the origin. of the word. in the etimology of angst. its a literal one to one lone word from the german word for fear. Angst. there is no different but it holds a different meaning. its kinda like kindergarten and kinder garden. the same word. but different meanings. in germany kindergarten refers to a place for children under the age of 6 and it usually involves two seperate pieces a daycare and a preschool. to prep kids between four and six for school.

0:07 I just want to say I my brain did not register that the text at the bottom said “in the beginning” so I instead came out with “in the bathtub.” I then started looking around the screen to try and find where I read something that said “bathtub” and when I didn’t find anything I started frantically looking around the screen again to try and find something that I could have seen that got garbled up when I read the sentence only to realize this is what happened and I just hadn’t processed it for 😅💀

Whenever I hear people talk about Percy childhood trauma I always think that it isn’t that bad. So either I’m messed up in the head or I’m traumatized and don’t know, prolly both ngl.
