I am a heart coherence coach. I teach people how to make their hearts beat rhythmically using their breathing. I learned that 12 (TWELVE) heartbeats per breath cycle creates PERFECT heart coherence. In other words, 12 is a perfect ratio for heartbeat to breathing. And it will OPTIMISE the efficiency and effectiveness of these two main (fundamental) functions of the human body. It would be nice if more people could better understand the true significance of this discovery. Maybe on here I might find a few who can see just what an amazing (and easily provable) fact this is.

@@the-higher-vibration Hey, thanks for reply. Good question. It is really easy to meditate using this technique. All you have to do is practice it. It becomes meditation. When you put attention on breathing and heartbeat and count repetitively, then hear and feel both your heart and breathing synchronising and working perfectly rhythmically together, all you have to do is keep going. I have learned some AWESOME THINGS from listening to Santos Bonacci! Very interesting here too! So, this topic reminds me that this morning I was reading from a book by Billy Carson called “Compendium of The Emerald Tablets: A Beginner’s Guide” which actually was talking about “The Octave (8) of Creation” on pg 83-84 and that in the dividing of every human cell there are SEVEN sequenced divisions or transformative steps, and by the EIGHTH step, there is a new cell. The process called Mitosis, which genetic material is equally divided. So this Thoth guy, who supposedly also created the musical Octave....Go figure! Smart guy, I guess lol. And then there is the number 108 (I think, which is supposedly a VERY important number, and this is mentioned a LOT in Indian Sculpture, and I think 9 factors into that. This one Egyptian king, on his epitath it said: That he is 1, then 4, then 8, then becomes One (again, I guess.)that after transforming it all becomes whole, I guess...Nikola Tesla said that if you only knew how important 3,6,and 9 are, that you have the key to the universe! But then, again, Zechariah Sitchin, in his book ...Cosmos (I forgot the title but was a very good book!) anyway, the Babylonians, I think, or Sumerian Culture had great importance on the number 12. In the alphabet, each letter had a numerical value. In the Bible 7 and 12 are holy, I believe...So yes, numbers have ALWAYS meant so much to humans, and things like flowers, fractals, snow flakes, sea urchins I think (tiny geometric wonders) and crystals follow numerical patterns! I learned that in Neptune, at I believe 19 degrees on the left side, exactly, there is that huge spot, and it’s the reverse (on the right) for the huge red spot on Saturn! So, these numbers ARE THE KEY! We, as a society need to learn which numbers for what, and why...

I forgot to add after mentioning about Thoth saying how it goes from 1 to 2, then 4, then 8, then at the 9th it becomes one...As Santos mentioned Magnesium being 12 on the Periodic Table...Well Hydrogen is 1 on the Periodic Table, Oxygen is 8 on the Table...Well, 1 plus 8 is nine...but actually 2 hydrogens combine with one Oxygen molecule to make WATER (H2O) Maybe this is off topic but, I think it all is similar stuff...Why we need to become good with numbers to get ANYWHERE in life! Anyway...hey, thanks for making me not think about the fire that is about 2 and 1/2 hrs away, and was getting me down because I worry for all the people, animals and beautiful architecture, homes, and nature that gets destroyed in fires! There is a thick layer of ash on my car outside...😞 But you got me thinking about the building blocks of life...and sorry if I talked too much...lol but it helped the anxiety I have since finding out about the fire this morning...
