Response to Mr. Gilboy There exists mulitiyear decade ban on the sales of military and dual use equipment to China Since 2018, even semiconductor chips and chip making equipment are banned. These US trade measures have forced the Chinese self sufficiency drives, that logically would lower the need for expensive foreign (i e. US ) wares. Have you included that in your calculations?

I think the US government needs to tax its citizens at a much higher rate in order to spend much more on advance military technology to defend this exceptional and indispensable country. The US are not taxing their citizens enough. Also, Its clear that Ukraine and Israel needs more money, so thats another reason to tax more on its citizens to give the money to Israel and Ukraine.
