Wasn't a fan of India and Philippines swimsuit walks during preliminaries... But they absolutely killed it here! India's walk here is honestly one of the best ever and it seems like the Philippines was reserving the fire and energy in her just for the final night! LOVE THEM!

I don't think it's even Miss Interview, because the private interviews with the judges only lasted 3 minutes. It is IMPOSSIBLE for the organization to get to know the candidates in such a short time, and with so few questions. For as long as they feel confident with their movement it will definitely shows in their aura. Beauty is so subjective; what may be beautiful to me may not be beautiful for you. Panama, Venezuela, France and Vietnam should’ve been in the top 10. They gave a very confident and fierce performance that should’ve been credited good enough to advance. I really hope that Miss universe stop With this all female judge panel because some will hate or feel some type of way over nothing and be overly critical or cynical and that’s why even some of the other contestants like Belgium, Argentina, Kenya and Costa Roca were left out. Honestly Panama and Venezuela without a doubt should’ve been in the top 10

@@abc34245 they also get judged during their interviews and whenever they interact with other candidates. Judges also look at their advocacies. One of the past judges in MU has said that the candidates were partially scored before the coronation night. So even if your candidate gave the most jaw dropping performance. There are still things we didn't get to see on TV, that only the judges see. They don't base everything on performance and beauty. They also base it whether a candidate has substance.

Poor coordination, poor camera angles ruined this pageant. But, still it was a great pageant! India, Paraguay and Philippines really nailed this round. Damn. Bea Gomez's entrance really finished it for me. It was a powerful first few steps.

i know some people are overlooking The Bahamas in swimsuit because you all didn't expect my country to place but i don't want y'all to try and deny her stage presence, skill, professionalism and knowledge of pageantry. chantel knows exactly what she is doing and knows how to work her angles as well. she changed her face while she walks and glides across the stage effortlessly. chantel previously won Miss World Bahamas in 2015 and represented us at world that year. she is also one of very few women to hold both titles in The Bahamas among over 100 delegates we've sent. her advocacy is also very strong and she is an eloquent speaker. if she got to top 5 y'all may have been shocked at how well she would answer the question. i know The Bahamas doesn't have the strongest sash factor but we have always sent strong queens to represent us and know this will not be the first time we place.
