Plus you’ll have it all documented on video so you know what’s under the primer. I hope you can reach your goal Mike .

i am still confused about why you have to move from this site. It is not scenic, natural, pastoral or farmland. It is a narrow slice of land of perhaps a couple acres in width between a major road and a hillside that is collapsing. Why doesn't the province allow you to rezone this marginal property in exchange for a property that actually would benefit from protection? Very common here in the states.
