But this dude is soft and really not cut out for this sport he can't run up and down the court without getting winded. The problem is when they get old and stop doing exercise because they are still obese and start having all the symptoms. Diabetes, high blood pressure, heart problems. Being fat is not the problem, it's being fat and doing zero physical activity... 80% of weight loss is due to diet.

Hell I got an uncle that's 5'10" 340 and he's a lot skinnier. I'd bet this kid is at least 420, especially based on how sluggishly he moves and how thin his arms are I don't even think it's a very muscular 420+ at that, my big ass cousin walks faster than this kid runs.

@@jeffelmore5614 Actually it might be for the better. Theres actually a type of endurance training that involves wearing these "high altitude masks" that basically restrict air intake. Supposedly this can strengthen the lungs and increase stamina when you take off the mask, etc. It seems plausible, although I have no medical experience or experience using these sort of training devices. Also the effectiveness of such masks is apparently a matter of debate, since some studies concluded they don't do very much. In any case, the masks they've got on here are nowhere near as restrictive, they don't even form a seal and are probably just a couple of layers of cotton, so they probably arent hard to breathe in, especially for athletes. The very same characteristics mean the masks probably don't do shit to prevent the spread of COVID tho
