One way they could surely fix this would be to set a 'max rating' thing in the scout instructions. So when managing such teams as Northampton they aren't looking for the likes of Jesus and Messi. Be nice both ways as well so that can also set a min rating. So when managing better teams it isn't offering some poxy League 2 player that has zero chance of getting any games.

I've done 7 seasons as a manager, managed stoke for 4 seasons and went to Manchester united, won the carabao cup, fa cup, premier league and champions league, then the second season won the community shield, super cup, carabao, fa and champions league, then the third season simmed it, guided the team to second, loads of players complained about game time and got sacked before the last match, because I didn't bring in youth players, so winning all them trophies for the club, basically mean fuck all, because I didn't sign youth players and play them

I’ve literally played a guy to the brink of death in a match and immediately following the annoying post match presser, I get a player chat from that guy demanding more playing time or he’ll have to “consider his future at the club”. Took Crewe on back to back to back promotions, including fa cup and europa league wins along the way... offered contracts to almost my whole team and get fired for giving too much to (easily) the best player in my squad. Imagine 60k a week in the premier league being too much for a lad whose goals and assists almost single handedly got them up from league two and more than quadrupled the worth of the club. Imagine offering those wages getting you fired after all that success and an 85 rating, whilst smashing all your objectives.. And imagine all your auto saves being after the point that you offered this so-called unacceptable contract, rendering your save absolutely bricked after hours and hours of playing. Yeah. To be fair to ea this years career mode isn’t all that bad it’s been the best career mode for the last maybe 5-6 years and only 2 of the things that you have mentioned in this video actually affects the career mode ie: the players complaining about not getting game time even tho they play every game beacause this affects their morale and makes them want to leave which is pretty frustrating and the other one is the way you can get sacked easily which you can’t really I feel you over exaggerated there a bit it’s pretty rare to get sacked in a career mode well for me anyway as I haven’t been sacked yet and I don’t see anyone else complaining about this. But all the rest of the things you talked about in this video can be easily avoided for example just turn of international offers ,don’t do press conferences,they don’t force you to do them,if you want your career mode to be realistic set yourself a boundary of a max 2 pre contract signings a year,you don’t have to sign 7391 pre contract signings a year , most of the youth players aren’t good enough anyway so you more than likely won’t be promoting 2 players with the same name,it’s literally like 1/50 youth academy players that are actually good...and yeah the scouts are a load of bollocks anyway literally no need for them At all...
