That's very nice. I think I'd want a 3rd bedroom with its own bath and large walk-in closet. Everything else, just leave it how it is. A roof-top deck would be cool too, but there is solar up there, so that's pretty nice as well.

Nice house, nice plan, nice video, don’t take notice of the negative comments, my house is six times the size of this one, but I can afford a large home, but some people can’t, so this is good for them, but I may build something like this as a guest house in my land, but probably just one bedroom 👍👍

Hello Sir! The entire living space of option A is 7.25x6.25m(45m²). Open plan layout, with dining 200 elevated. Arranged like this: Main lounge 6.25mx4.21m. Additional lounge or VIP section 3x2.75m. Dining 3.5x3m. Total floor space 45m² Option B. Main lounge 6x5m Dining 3.6x3m. Total floor space 40.8sqm. Sir; these two living spaces which one is larger and better. Which option is more luxurious in terms of space?

I would say option A, the elevation of the dining room will give it more visibility and playing with the levels makes the space less boring. ​@@amitjorhat having lived in a small house for over 20 years I know how truly awful it is to actually reside in one, and the one in the video is even worse. This type of house looks really cute to people who can afford to live in larger homes and people who've never had to live small. Living in that tiny house means you will never have room to own anything but a limited number of clothes and the furniture. ANYTHING more and it immediately encroaches on what little space you already have and the house goes from cute to messy. Do you have hobbies outside of a computer? Well in that house you either give them up or they take over the space. Do you like to bicycle? That's great if you live in a high trust society where your bike won't get stolen if you leave it outside, but if you don't, well it lives inside with you now. Bikes take up a lot more space than you think, too; if you, your significant other, and whomever lives in the other bedroom all have bikes and don't want to leave them outside, that's a significant chunk of your house dedicated to bicycling now. That's why I would not want to live in that house. It's nice for an Air BnB, but when you live somewhere you naturally accumulate possessions that would either fill up your house or force you to sacrifice other possessions to own them.
