The 8th Infantry Regiment of the Illinois National Guard - Company K

Based in Peoria, Company K was comprised of African Americans who worked in local businesses, schools and even factories and was part of the 8th Infantry Regiment of the Illinois National Guard based in Chicago, Illinois. The photos featured in this video are a sampling of a rare collection of images owned by the Peoria Historical Society.

There is a picture of my great-grandfather in this compilation. His name is William Joseph Warfield and he was an African American soldier who fought in the Great War under the 370th infantry regiment, often referred to as the fighting "8th". Is there any way I could get this picture?
