The Warburton version was perfect. The sad thing is people just didn’t get it. It is like another film “Mystery Men.” It was made in the 90s and was loosely based on an independent comic, that had The Tick as a guest once. It had a galaxy of stars. William H. Macy - The Shoveler his superpower? He shovels well, really well. Hank Azaria - The Blue Raja. His superpower was his ability to throw forks, with deadly accuracy. Ben Stiller - Mr. Furious. He has “super strength” brought on by his boundless rage. Jeaneane Garafalo - The Bowler. She is in possession of a magical bowling ball with the skull of her late father Carmine The Bowler. He was found after being pushed down an open elevator shaft… Onto some bullets. Paul Reubens- The Spleen. His power came from an old Gypsy woman. He had “cut the cheese” and blamed it on her. She then put a curse on his head, he would forever be “he who dealt it!” The Invisible Boy - He has the ability to be totally invisible, as long as nobody is looking at him. Their mentor was The Sphinx. He is terribly mysterious, oh and he can cut guns in half with his mind! They were against the bad guys. The Disco Boys (led by Tony P and Tony C) Their power is they carry guns, The Not So Goodie Mob, the Frat Boys, and many more. They were all led by Casanova Frankenstein a super smart bad guy with a razor sharp pinky fingernail. That film had such interesting humor and had a stellar cast and was ignored by the whole country. It is a fun viewing and you should watch it if you can. Oh and the director Kinka Usher was an award winning commercial director who did this one film and went back to commercials. (It was a great effort.)

I don't really think Shipp's casting was intended to be "stunt casting" but rather an intentional wink and homage to Shipp's "The Flash" series. This won't ever happen because Warner Bros rarely ever does what the fans want. And the Superman and Lois writers probably just want to focus on finishing their storylines for their final season. But I would give anything for one more multiverse crossover involving most of the DCTV shows like Gotham with David Mazouz as Batman, Lynda Carter's Wonder Woman and Birds of Prey (never watched the last two but hear me out) and especially the ones that were unfairly cancelled: Legends of Tomorrow, Stargirl, Powerless and I didn't watch it but also Swamp Thing. And I heard from the actress who played the tituar Naomi wanted to meet Superman despite being in a universe seperate from the ACTUAL Superman. Finally, I would have the crossover end by having all of these shows take place in the same universe like Crisis on Infinite Earths. Except for some shows that would contradict the timeline like Smallville and Gotham, obviously. The whole point of all these projects staying separate in its' own universe was stand out on their own, not relying on another show's popularity and messing up the timeline of other shows. But they're all over now and some characters in some universes don't exist; they might as well break reality and make them cohabitate in the same world! Their respective networks clearly don't give a shit about them. But the writers do! Seeing Lynda Carter's Wonder Woman, the Earth Prime Justice League, the Earth 2 JSA, the Titans, the Doom Patrol, Swamp Thing and Powerless retconned to be in the same world would be perfect for me! And they could also return to this universe in future projects once in a while like the DCAU! And it has to made by competent people who respect each of these shows. With better writing, direction, VFX, etc. Smallville has an animated series in the works; maybe it could start from there! And the crew making the show, mainly Michael Rosenbaum, is close with James Gunn. But I'd rather the entire story be a miniseries branded as Elseworlds as James Gunn put it instead of just a storyline on Superman and Lois.

Swamp Thing was amazing... It got rave reviews from fans and critics alike, and was canceled by a know-nothing executive SUIT for no valid reason... Executive suits are the reason studios and franchises struggle to release quality content nowadays... Their creative art ignorant greedy petty selves have now infested every aspect of tv and movie making... From screenplay and editing revisions, directing inference, A-list casting requirements, etc. Only a few directors have creative free rein... Spielberg, Cameron, Nolan and Villeneuve are thankfully free of Executive Suit interference, and it drastically shows by the no-compromise quality of their work...
