The Kroger family of stores cards issued by USB are sleepers that belong on this list. The Harris Teeter one, in particular, is an absolute monster in the cash back setup for the person who is frugal.

The WF Autograph is definitely one of those travel cards, where if you have it as your only card and don't even think about the points game, you could rack up a lot of points without realizing. Yes you won't MAX out every possible category, but for most people covering Dining, Gas, Travel etc. it's better than a flat 2% card and better than debit.
