The 993 Porsche 911 Turbo Is UNBELIEVABLY Good! (REVIEW)

This week we got to daily drive a 1997 Porsche 993 911 Turbo. The 993 is the last generation of the porsche 911 that was air cooled. The 993 Porsche 911 Turbo was also the first Porsche 911 Turbo to be AWD. with 400hp the 993 Porsche 911 Turbo is still fast by modern car standards but still features the more raw driving experience from a classic Porsche. The last of an era, I talk about if that era was better than the 996 and 997 models that came after.
The 993 Porsche 911 turbo was a high-performance variant of the Porsche 911 model that was produced between 1995 and 1998. It was the last air-cooled 911 turbo model and is highly regarded by Porsche enthusiasts for its iconic design and performance capabilities.
The 993 turbo is powered by a 3.6-liter twin-turbocharged flat-six engine that produces 408 horsepower and 398 lb-ft of torque. It can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.2 seconds and has a top speed of 181 mph. The engine is paired with a six-speed manual transmission or an optional four-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission.
The exterior of the 993 turbo is distinguished by its wide body, large air intakes, and distinctive rear spoiler. The suspension has been upgraded to provide better handling and the brakes have been improved to provide more stopping power.
Inside, the 993 turbo features leather upholstery, power-adjustable seats, and a premium audio system. Other features include air conditioning, power windows, and a sunroof.
The 993 turbo is considered one of the most iconic and desirable Porsche 911 models ever produced. Its combination of power, speed, and handling make it a true driver's car, and its rarity and collectability have made it a highly sought-after model among Porsche enthusiasts and collectors.

Nice. I've a 1996 993 C2 iris blue metallic, 66,000 miles, 6-speed manny tranny, varioram, LSD. No CEL, no oil leaks. Multi-show full-concours winner. I do my own maintenance. I'm never selling it.

The 993 Turbo in my country (Australia) cost the same price as a Aventador so it's super rare and exclusive. Of course most would choose the Aventador for it's super car looks, speeds etc etc but in all honestly that is why the 993 Turbo cost so much and so exclusive. Anybody can buy a Aventador but not everybody can get a 993 Turbo. It just ticks all the boxes, exclusivity, rarity, drive ability and coolness..

If i could choose a 911 i would want the 993 turbo or the 993 Carrera coup. I have been a fan of these particular 911's and it just embodies exactly what I'm looking for at this current moment and probably until I'm able to get one. I absolutely love the 993 911 turbo. They look bad ass. I love how you can see the wideness of the rear tires, the four wheel drive, and the uniqueness of one.
