In this week's episode, we explore an abandoned house which was owned by a happy Belgian family. The woman of the family was very passionate in the Pigeon sports. As a Pigeon fancier, she won many trophies during her lifetime, which were all sadly left behind unattended. We were shocked about the vandalism that happened to this place in such a short amount of time. Only one question remains us: Where did she go?

It frustrates me that so many people have to vandalize other’s belongings. I always appreciate how much you truly honor everyone’s family and their precious items that have meaning to them. After all, the homes don’t belong to others, it only belongs to the original owners. We are honoring those who lived, respect their lives and study their lives as well many times praying for their families.

Love the empathy and respect you guys show towards the people who once lived there. I don’t understand why the house was left like this? Why did the family not clear it out and sell the property or empty it at least. It’s so sad to see the family pictures left and forgotten

One beautiful home. I love all of the wood furniture and so much more. Awesome ornaments and wood carvings. Amazing property with so much land and well planned outside areas for various hobbies, gardening and raising birds. One can tell that the owners truly enjoyed their home. What a pity for anyone to come in and ransack this lovely home. Thanks for sharing this video. From Maryland USA

I wish everyone was like you and other explorers. No matter how many times I watch a video on abandoned houses I can never understand how it happens, especially when it's clear that they had family. A wonderful place, home at one time, I hate when when I see when places are vandalized. A lot of time & work went into canning the food, I used to have a garden & can food too, but to old & in bad health now. Some beautiful things still in there, I love the vases & old furniture. When I saw the rolls of toilet paper I couldn't help but laugh, thinking how crazy people are acting over TP these days. At least around here, maybe not everywhere. Thanks for sharing your videos, great for us while quarantined. ( I'm in Indiana, USA) Stay safe.

Thank you so much! We hate it too if a place gets vandalised, people who do this should go to jail. But unfortunately often the explorers, inside of this place for a good reason with interest for the property, get caught by police and not the bad people! Think the toilet paper has been a main subject in the pandemic, especially in the early phase of the outbreak XD In the end, you are very welcome. Much love from the Netherlands and stay safe too!

I am in awe over this place and I felt so sad seeing such beautiful things left only to be stolen or destroyed, I hate vandals! What do they warrant by throwing someone's precious memories and keepsakes around like garbage? Oh, how I hope a family member or someone who knew and respected her will come in and preserve her lovely things. I always wonder if people simply pass away, why there is no will to designate where their stuff goes??? I loved the tour of this house but I am left with a very hurt feeling knowing that everything she loved means nothing to anyone else. :( :( :(

I can’t imagine how many abandoned houses you are going to discover from people that died from the virus. This house is really sad, I just imagine you coming into my house if I died and left everything behind. I pray that doesn’t happen. God bless you both and stay healthy I would be devastated if anything happened to my favorite explorers.

Miralyn Donding that’s nice, I keep my diary in my iPad and everything I do is on my iPad, only my brother knows the password to unlock it. I have so many things that I have collected and I only have my brother and his three girls left to leave everything to, my car and my house are both paid for so I have left my brother as the inheritor of my estate, but he lives in California and I live in Texas and if anything happened to me it would be a long time before anyone ever noticed I was gone. I always think about urban explorers finding my house abandoned with everything just like I left them and it’s a lot of stuff I have collected my whole life. I really only want my brother and my three nieces to come to live in my house when I am gone I have four bedrooms so my three nieces could all live here and have all my stuff. I just can’t bear the thought of everything I own and treasure being sold at a yard sale or taken to the Salvation Army or sold on eBay. But I’m going to live for a very long time so I’m not going to worry about it, besides they are just material items that shouldn’t be so important because I should be storing all my gifts in heaven not on earthly things.

Yeah...my bet is that it got ransacked and they took anything of true value and left what they could not resell. The piece of art that is the fireplace. And her awards were for singing. The translation is for the 'Brave Singer' So...sang like a beautiful bird. And so the art of the bird on the medallions. 11:15--Mussels? They certainly had an interest in the human form. All the busts..carvings of faces in stones..and artwork.. And I I have a theory on old people and bright clothes. They where bright clothes for fear they will not be visible anymore. 14:41 Peaches and cocktail wienies! First main door without cobwebs! And did you call that a 'chill' room? Lol...yes..glass of wine and a little painting time.. So many wonderful things here that remind us of our own grandparents. The button box. Every grandma has one. Thank you for taking me along. I pray that people will hear your plead to leave things in a respectful manner. It was nice , at least, seeing little details like tassels on the closets and night stands. Very unique place. Good luck on the the next adventure!

Hi Maureno and Remon, Explomo, A new video from team Explomo is always a highlight. - I loved listening to your wonderful comment, and i enjoyed watching you taking us on a tour through this Belgian pidgeons fancier's house. Thank you for sharing. - Even though there was a lot really trashed by vandals, some very nice details were nevertheless still visible. - It always makes me also sad to see the heavy traces of vandalism in a home, where back in the days a family had a good and prosperous life. - It's just so horribly disrespectful! - On the other hand it's for me always so heartbreaking, when you express in such a sensitive way your deepest hope, that the former inhabitants had a good life and might have passed away peacefully. - You show in this way a great amount of a very deep compassion! - That's actually, what makes your videos so special and provides them with a highly unique quality. I hope you are all well and healthy. - Wishing you a very blessed Easter day. Peace and lots of blessings. - Kindest regards and stay safe!

I, like you, think that was a beautiful home. It must have been a happy home as well, how could bird lovers be anything but fun, happy people. I’ll never understand how people can be so disrespectful to property that meant so much to someone at one time. It’s so reassuring that young people like you enjoy and respect the lives that took place in the homes you visit. Good job. God bless you, and your team, and stay healthy. From a new subscriber in Tucson, Arizona. Can’t wait for our next adventure. BTW. I noticed all those paint brushes in one of the rooms. Do you think that all the paintings on the walls were done by someone who lived in that home? I surely do. Someone was a bird lover, and an artist. I would have loved to have known them.

I am sorry and saddened by the damage done by another human being who did not belong there vandalizing what was once a beloved home of a family somewhere in Belgium. I want to thank you for continuing your quest so that we could see what treasure was inside. I saw some beautiful furniture that was very old, as well as beautiful beds that are from the early 20th century or sooner. The strewn papers thrown all about this home was uncalled for. I hope explorers learn the etiquette you all preach to us. That is such a positive gift to be able to inform others how NOT to explore!!! God bless you!!!!!! Thank you so much!

Hi, guys! Yes, it's always a problem: some squatters with no respect, spend a few days in the home, and trash it before you know it. Everything is upside down, but...as always, we find a few flowers left in vases here and there, and even some peacock feathers in this case!. I also wanted to congratulate you on the beautiful quality of the production of your new videos. It's now possible to upload a bunch of programs on a USB key, and to share them (credits given) with friends who also like the beautiful old homes which you make available for viewing. So, thank you, thank you to the both of you! Cheers, Philip

When you were looking in the wardrobe in the very last room just to the left of the Wardrobe if you were looking facing it it looks like somebody was standing there in a yellow shirt and a hat I'm sure it's just a mannequin but it looks kind of creepy good video guys I do appreciate watching them. 💕

Like you, I seriously do not understand why vandals just mess these places up as they do. I mean they're looking to steal valuables - but WHY on earth, do they just trash these places? No respect, no good sense. If they steal well - that's bad enough but then to wreck it just for the "fun of it"? Makes no sense at all. Glad you aren't that type - you were raised right apparently. Good for you. Interesting find, great videos always. Thanks for sharing these locations with us all.

I always wonder why no family retrieve the old family photographs. So many left hanging in abandoned homes. This wasn’t the prettiest building you’ve explored. But they did have some pretty furniture, and interesting art pieces and collectibles. Lots of fairly expensive liquor. ;) And an amazing collection of a lifetime of trophies. Thanks again for another great tour. And a huge thanks for reminding other urban explorers that it's not their house, their possessions. It's a sad state of affairs when you see such wanton destruction; it's something I'll never understand. It's sunny but cold today in my part of the world. I hope you're enjoying good weather. Stay safe! Hopefully this global pandemic will end sooner rather than later. I've even lost count of how many days I've been self isolating! 🇨🇦

Your right ,there is no reason to turn a house upside down..They were no doubt looking for money or jewels, easy to carry things to sell..Your always very respectful of the home..This one would have been beautiful once too 😀

A lot of vandalism but all the liquor is still there. How is that possible? It looks like the vandals didn´t like good drinks :-)

Sometimes I wonder, does the first person entering places which, at least look abandoned break in? I know a lot of eldery people who can't anymore live on their own so they move to care homes and their children are trying to sell their houses but it's pretty hard to sell the ones which are in rural places or in the middle of nowhere. Once I found urbex video of french castle which was actually for sale, but explorers claimed it was abandoned!

People are just pathetic. I think they were hoping to find money or who knows what else. Sad to see all the trophies, clothes, pictures left behind. Thank you Maureno for another great video. 🙂💖💖💖

So many people need a place to live. I hate seeing these places disrespected or the kids if there were kids not claiming the place.

It’s too bad you couldn’t find the history of these people and put it with your video. Obviously they were very hard-working, talented people.
