Oh this place! This is where TV Tribe held its first renegade rave in 2002 then a few more until it got hot. We had planned for a desert location but it was extremely windy so we had to change venue last minute so we found this place by driving all the way down Zaragoza. This was a model home for a cement company.

It's near horizon just take pellicano all the way down from American high school go down to a desert path and just right there but don't go to far if you take the wrong path it can lead you all the way to Montana

Been there many times, during the day but mostly at night. Never heard or seen anything paranormal or out of the ordinary. It’s not an old structure at all. Looks to be a duplex or apartment as the video suggests. A lot of trucking companies/yards nearby, possibly a housing project that was never completed. Cool place, recommend going with a handful of people though.

If you go all the way down darrington road in horizon City, going away from the Pockets on eastlake Blvd, and you make a right turn at the end of Darrington, stay on the dirt road and it should take you straight to it
