Guten Tag just some information. Handhaving means law enforcement of a municipality here in the Netherlands. In the Netherlands every municipality has this to enforce the local laws and national laws. I do know Germany has something similar like it.

Yeah I do believe they do, I honestly can’t remember, but we have something very similar in Canada as well. We have RCMP which is federal then some cities have their own police. Then there’s also municipal or provincial police and on town level you have peace officers. They have fewer right and do not carry sidearms
