I totally agree with the Shady Maple Smorgasbord in PA. Best buffet I've ever dined at, and I always eat there when I'm in the area. Their dining area is almost the size of a football field. When I was there on a Tuesday night at 5pm last July, I had to wait 10 - 15 minutes for a table as there were several hundred customers in the restaurant, maybe close to 1,000 people. And it's reasonably priced as well.

1:28 should be rustic Italian (Tucsany?) Fla should be Cape May. TN with the Casey Jones buffet is on point, though the Smokies has a few as well.

Sure, because outside of Cape May Cafe, it's so difficult to find any other restaurants in Florida that serve such unusual and exotic offerings as Caesar salad, clam chowder, seafood boil, and roast chicken. 🙄 No thanks. I'll take African cuisine over boring, bland, traditional New England fare any day of the week.

I have. There is a Trappers in Parkland near PLU. It seems to be busy all the time. I haven't been there though.

Which part? Because it looks like they're all over western Washington: Bonney Lake, Covington, Enumclaw, Federal Way, Lacey, North Bend, Parkland, Puyallup, Silverdale, Tacoma, and of course, Southcenter/Tukwila. But none in Eastern WA.

There was never a Old Country Buffet in Covington, the Kent one closed before Covid, the Federal Way never reopened after, neither did the one in Bellevue, the one in Yakima never reopened after Covid or the one in Kennewick. I don't know where your getting ur information. But, there's no Old Country Buffets open in Washington that I know of... I went to Google. No Old Country Buffets showed up.

My favorite buffet in Maryland is just West of Baltimore where RT 40 and RT 29 cross. Right inside the cloverleaf is a small triangular shopping center with the only Chinese buffet I've found that still has frogs legs every day.

I live 20 minutes from Shady Maple, in Pennsylvania, and it's not all it's cracked up to be. It use to be really good. Now it's just meh. Breakfast though is good. But I like breakfast more in general anyway.
