I disagree with your reasoning on quite a few of these. Here are my thoughts: Ackerman (with shifting) - I don't believe any of the "Can't Shift" families should be in or anywhere near S tier in a "with shifting" tier list. This is even more true because Shiki/Fritz are exactly the same, but can actually shift. This means there is 0 reason to use Ackerman over these families. As such, I cannot in good faith agree with putting Ackerman in S tier. Top of A tier is pushing it, but I think it's an OK comprimise. Yeager, Shiki, Fritz (with shifting) - I assume this video was made before raids gave a good opportunity to actually test the damage and speed buffs of Berserk mode vs. the flat damage buffs of Shiki/Fritz. Now that this has happened, it seems pretty clear to me that the flat buff is far superior to Berserk mode. This is partially due to a bug that makes hits stop connecting when your swing speed is too fast (which will only happen if you Berserk and Harden at the same time), but even without that to consider, the flat damage buffs and extra offensive perk slot make the Mythical families overall better for shifters than Yeager. I would thus place Yeager still in S tier, but behind both of the Mythical families. Reiss (without shifting) - I noticed in this video you covered ALMOST everything about each family. What you didn't mention, for some reason, is that each Legendary+ family unlocks a special family perk slot. For Reiss, this is a support perk slot. This alone makes Reiss much, much better than you gave it credit for, for one reason: missions. In raids, the support perk isn't going to do you much good. In missions, however, you will be able to equip both Tatsujin (to make you incredibly quick) AND Sixth Sense (so you never waste time looking for titans). I would bump Reiss up in the without shifting tier list up to B or even A tier, just because of how good this ability really is. I think the rest of the tier list is fine, though. Good video! It was interesting to think about family rankings like this.

I really don't think fritz is going to be a shiki copy, since they're adding achievements to make shiki more obtainable without the #1 lb achievement. The whole reason the rollable mythic was going to be a shiki copy was because shiki was unobtainable but now that that's solved, I really hope they make fritz something really cool that can control titans or something.

as a new player, Yeager is easily my favourite family just because of how safe i feel, which makes me play more confidently which then makes me better overall, it's mostly not the fear of one weird bug causing an entire failed mission helps me play better personally

I just want Ackerman cause my build is literally low cd skills so I spam like lethal tempo (36 sec cd), Rising Slash (25 sec cd), Titan Regen (54 sec cd), and my normal grab counter forgot but it is really short. If I had Ackerman I'll be spamming lethal tempo with its strike and global cd between both isn't a problem with my short cd skills and let it rip skill I'll probably try more solo although I can easily solo but I'm to slow I take 5 minutes. Waiting for 10 more achievements so I can skip getting legendary bloodline and go for shiki, right now I got 44 but still got to do 7500 kill streak right now I'm at 2k streak. My perks are font of vitality, six sense, carnifex, and invincible makes me unkillable if I don't lag on my phone when I'm under many titans and lethal tempo don't register or rising slash.

I used Braun for supremacy as the damage reduction is general so I was able to withstand a hit and survive, recommend it for supremacy

thats not how i chose to do it, i chose to compare their value compared to a shifter and rank them based on that, ackerman almost and can outperform shifters in raids if the shifter doesnt have a perfect build, and ackerman will always be better than shifting in missions

thoroughly disagree with your placements on both tier lists. you placed reiss too low on the non-shifting tier list and too high on the shifting tier list, and you placed yeager too high on the non-shifting tier list. you're overlooking reiss' +1 support perk slot. especially with the introduction of the new mythic perks, reiss players are able to get a surplus of +50% ODMG speed and control, which can make your speedruns faster than an ackermann. this alone makes it deserve a spot in S tier still, it lacks the skills to keep up with the ackermann bloodline, even with shifting. shifting is vastly slower than odmg (especially when compared to ackermann) due to its long animations and walkspeed. as of writing this comment, the only thing that shifting is better than odmg at is raids, which is getting changed next patch. as you said, good ackermanns can keep up with shifters, if not outperform them. again revisiting the "good ackermanns can keep up with shifters, if not outperform them" quote, yeager, even with berserk attack titan, simply can't keep up with the speed of an ackermann with ODMG. it is the overall worst legendary bloodline. on the shifting tier list, yeager belongs right below ackermann and reiss belongs right below yeager. for non-shifting, yeager has a fine placement and reiss belongs right below ackermann.

this video was made before mythic perks, not only that but dont forget ackerman gets odm stats with their race, they can afford to go tbe mythic odm perk and geae master too with their core slot if tbey really wanted, i think reiss only having perfect soul up on an ackerman is slower than akcermans racial odm boost, making ackerman outpace reiss even in terms of odmg, but reiss has doo doo moves, no edplanations needed, reiss can be fast, but without shifting, that is all. I would rathet have zoe than reiss without shifting because at least ill get use out of the move, conquer is borderline impeding to use unless in raids

in terms of yeager, yeager with its attack titan stats, plus berserk mode, plus resonances, outright make it just the raw best damage source in the game, yeager deserves its spot

@@plasvx the only innate odmg boosts that ackermann gets is +10% range, gas, and control, not speed. even during ackermann's rage mode, reiss is STILL faster by 2-5%, which makes it the fastest family in the game due to the extra support perk slot. this makes reiss outperform even yeager in everything but raids. zoe's "last stand" ability ONLY activates on death, which makes the only genuine stats be mediocre damage and odmg buffs; not nearly as good as the extra support perk slot that reiss gets.

@@plasvx but you don't need raw damage because everything past S- ODM damage and a decent offensive perk will one-shot abnormals on abberant difficulties. the only thing yeager is good at now is raids. after you get all of the new artifacts, raids become a time waster because they're less time efficient for exp and gold farming than missions, which makes yeager STILL useless.
