Great job Dom..it looks amazing!!! 👏 I've never had an egg sandwich in this way before, but it's worth a try. I grew up eating egg sandwiches from boiled eggs made into what is called a devied egg sandwich. Basically, boil the eggs, and shell them, add mayo, salt, pepper, and throw it on the bread. Delicious. But here's something I learned by someone a few years back. BOIL your eggs for 1 minute, take from heat, then COVER and sit for 10 minutes. This makes perfectly hard-boiled eggs. Try it. 😊
