FYI on Voidwalker's they do hold threat until you train your new dots. You get new VW threat ability every 10 levels at 20/30/40/50/60 and they hold threat great til you get new corruption and then they slowly get worse with threat as you get closer to training the new rank. So like 30-33 it does well holding threat then 34-36 is a bit worse but still ok then 36-40 its not great. This is as demo with improved VW though.

I would assume it's extended character stats for the extra stats. The glowing items could be item rack.
