I’ve realized in my journey that I can access higher realms sober vs in a drunken state from psychedelics. Sky, I completely respect your path and happy you are continuing to make leaps in consciousness, but don’t forget there is definitely a dark side to psychedelics and especially at music festivals. The type of darkness that some can transmute to light - yes, but also darkness that keeps many souls lost and stuck in a perpetual state of torment, confusion, and separation.
@user-pr8pt8yc7q3 ай бұрын
Your comment just translates into ignorance. If you think psychedelics and music festivals go together, you are following what we call the fake-deep people. Psychedelics are sacred and if they are miss-used like in the example you just mention: music festivals, they become a curse. Why? because when you play with sacred things with the wrong intentions, you will suffer the consequences of your ignorance. Ignorance is a path that THEY CHOOSE, not that they are a victim of. What you said here: 'darkness that keeps many souls lost and stuck in a perpetual state of torment, confusion, and separation' is literally the point of psychedelics! FACING YOUR SHADOW!! But if you are not wise enough to know this, stop demonising something you know nothing about just because of experiences of ignorant people.

Just noticing that humor and humility and human all start with hum which and article after a small etymology search dictates as follows : “The word human comes from the Latin word “humus,” meaning earth or ground. In a recent meditation, the Franciscan priest and author Richard Rohr wrote: “Being human means acknowledging that we’re made from the earth and will return to the earth. We are earth that has come to consciousness. ... And then we return to where we started - in the heart of God. Everything in between is a school of love.”Eugene Peterson put it this way: “The Latin words humus, soil/earth, and homo, human being, have a common derivation, from which we also get our word ‘humble.’ This is the Genesis origin of who we are: dust - dust that the Lord God used to make us a human being. If we cultivate a lively sense of our origin and nurture a sense of continuity with it, who knows, we may also acquire humility.” Adding in humor into this pot of spiritual soup we’ve created I feel like it’s as important to the human experience as humility 🍄🍄🍄🍄😂❤

I like something about how we use words in spanish. The word for "funny" is the word "grace". In spanish you don't say "you're funny" or "that was funny", we say "you're graceful" or "that makes grace to me". People try to capture fun and contain it. But if you always call it grace, you know it's just available in nature, you thrive into it and non of it is yours. Being funny is an illusion! Fun is all around and it comes and goes like breath and food.

“I'm simply saying that there is a way to be sane. I'm saying that you can get rid of all this insanity created by the past in you. Just by being a simple witness of your thought processes. It is simply sitting silently, witnessing the thoughts, passing before you. Just witnessing, not interfering not even judging, because the moment you judge you have lost the pure witness. The moment you say “this is good, this is bad,” you have already jumped onto the thought process. It takes a little time to create a gap between the witness and the mind. Once the gap is there, you are in for a great surprise, that you are not the mind, that you are the witness, a watcher. And this process of watching is the very alchemy of real religion. Because as you become more and more deeply rooted in witnessing, thoughts start disappearing. You are, but the mind is utterly empty. That’s the moment of enlightenment. That is the moment that you become for the first time an unconditioned, sane, really free human being.” ― Osho
@privatprivat72793 ай бұрын
i love osho...but he wasnt ready...just notice and just the way he talks, slowly almost in slow motion... body and soul must be in balance... the enlightenment is only a part of the experience and is not the end goal for some of us...ofcors it will be for majority of humanity.
