I've been casually listening to this in the background while working for the last two days and I really find it helpful. I typically can't listen to much more than sound bowls while working because i can't focus (I work with intellectual property and have to do a lot of technical reading), but I've been able to tune this out and tune back in like a little mini 5-second mental break and it gives me a hit of affirmation and I accept/agree with it then merge back into my work. I don’t know if I learned the tree imagery on this channel but if I’m ever feeling a lack in any way really, I start imagining beautiful tree I make it light up with jewels and a color I like it’s covered with money and gold and valuables and I usually sit underneath and it’s just whatever abundance I feel I am lounging in it while gifts are under it stacked around and letters and money and love I make it romantic if I want or just full of long lasting treasures and they’re all Just given to me. This helps so much in allowing the money and abundance to come in any way without making it happen. This tree is not what I work for it’s what the universe ans people give to me and it helps me get in that vibe of never needing anything and of worth. ❤

You know I have friends who are into abundance. They want to be so abundant they spend a lot of time thinking & doing things to become abundant. My thoughts are these friends are in poverty awareness. Having possessions, money does not make one abundant. I bet I can find millionaires even billionaires who have but they are not abundant. I look at a child at play & I witness abundance , even my puppy lives abundantly, so does all the animals & trees. They make the best of what they have at the moment, living fully in it. I understand that if we can live that way, every need will be cared for , even our desires; nature will take care of it. Thank you

Wow, this is so uplifting, it’s important to stay inspired. I feel a deep sense of emptiness, it’s been 2months since jack left and everyday feels like an eternity without him. My mind’s been flooded with memories of our time together. It’s so painful that I’d never get to experience the little things with him again. I’ve texted him several times telling him how much I miss and want him sadly he replied none. Guess all I can do is just hold unto the memories.

It’s ok to grieve dear It’s clear that you’re not just missing jack but a part of yourself that you shared with him. Your message to him is a testament to the love you still have for him. It’s takes courage to be that vulnerable. It’s ok to feel the pain of heartbreak but don’t loose hope. My own heart break story is one of devastation . It was sudden and brutal leaving me lost. Desperate for solace and guidance, I reached out to a spiritual counselor who was recommended by a friend for help.
