@@painvillegaming4119it’s been shown that both cases can happen. Several humans and bots have been killed because they were inside a cybertronian that transformed as well as some that survived. Really depends on how the bot transforms.

Y'know, in Transformers Prime, Miko often sneaks inside Bulkhead and Wheeljack's alternate modes, so there were plenty of moments when those two were fighting on the battlefield, only to realize later on that Miko had been inside the whole time as she got sick from their movements 😂

June Darby & Agent Fowler were also subjected to this in a season 3 episode. Wheeljack caught the two humans in midair & mid-transformation into car mode. They ended up in Wheeljack's trunk (thankfully unharmed).

Thankfully in most transformer continuities theres a thing called mass shifting, which explains why some bots have a vehicle mode far to small or large to properly fit their main form, when a human is inside when they transform they are put into a little slipspace that is also where they store any items that they might have on them

I mean... He is looking down on a serious diplomatic incident in the making. People forget that in G1 by the time The Transformer's Movie happens it's been thirty years since the Autobots made contact with humanity and made an agreement to share cybertronian tech and keep the Decepticon's from conquering Earth, in exchange for human territory and resources. The U.N. basically declared that humanity sides with the Autobots in the Cybertronian Civil War. Incidentally killing a human is opening up for Earth to kill the Autobots with the very weapons they shared with humanity in the first place.

Funny enough, as I remember, the cybertronians have an open gap where a human can sit comfortably. It might get a little snug, but overall, you won't be harmed. More over, you're more likely to be ejected if there won't be room inside for you. This means that any seatbelt you used will come off, and you'll be ejected like you got thrown out of the car or whatever vehicle.

@@Tracks2008 Yes. It makes sense when you're in disguise and find yourself with an ally of the local populace. You transform, and you're practically a gundam to the passenger. That hollowed out area would likely be super reinforced as long as a passenger is inside, but beyond that, if no passenger is detected by the transformation cog, it fills up to make sturdier. That makes a lot of sense.

Actually, there was a little animated series that probably nobody remembers, but there was a moment were they transformed and that man was still inside, but the place were the human was sitting had still enough space for the human to be completely safe in both of the transformations

Jazz being in robot form was probably keeping the human alive by putting pressure on his injuries. I remember hearing a story o a guy getting run over by a train and the wheel on top of him was the only thing keeping him alive, when the train was moved the guy died within seconds due to catastrophic blood loss
