Idk what is BTR doing behind the scenes but it's insane how well their imports were able to mix in with the team, cause even Onic had difficulties keeping up with Kairi back in season 10 but BTR made it as if Emann and Lord JM have been playing together with them for seasons man, the chemistry is already there 🔥

Agree. It is understandable that RRQ's imports are still underperforming since its their first season and still building chemistry with the team but BTR is quite impressive in building chemistry with their imports.

You forgot to mention the coaches, Khezcute. He's the brain of 5 member BTR. What I impressed that he is a former dota 2 player(boom esports) and just 2 months ago he moved directly to btr become a coach

the most probable explanation is the roles of the import they took. 1. Emman is a gold lane, usually what you need from gold laners are S+ tier mechanics, positioning, and ability to survive from teamfights and ganks. That's why BTR can insert emman almost instantly in the game. 2. LordJM is an exp laner. So he needs to learn more indo comms since communication with exp laners are very important in teamfights, that's why BTR didn't put him on the starting 5 yet, he'll probably be on starting 5 in the playoffs or next season depending on how the team adjust in terms of comms. As for RRQ: 1. Irrad's and Brusko's role are very team comms oriented, they need a lot of communication with the whole team to function properly and we all know they are still learning the language. Aura: 1. Yawi is very fluent in bahasa, but the team (mostly coach) is yet to fully adjust to his playstyle.

It's simple really BTR had a plan and stuck with it, not being persuade by outside pressure such as from fans and former org players not like RRQ. That team gave in to pressure from outside of their organization and did not believe in the vision of the coach and the skills of it's players.
