The Achievements in Garden Warfare 2 were EXTREMELY FUN

This is HOW I GOT ALL THE ACHIEVEMENTS IN PLANTS VS ZOMBIES: GARDEN WARFARE 2

Plants vs Zombies is easily one of my favourite franchises (maybe not recently :() and ironically I've been asked a handful of times to cover Plants vs Zombies: GOTY Edition on Steam. The problem is, ofc I already had to of 100%d it as I literally live and breathe Plants vs Zombies lol. The next best thing though, is Garden Warfare 2 as it finally came to Steam at some point a year ago. I've already played maybe around 50 hours of gameplay, and I really should have dipped my toes deeper cause it's actually such a great game. (I'll be playing it more after the vid :P)
Overall, 10/10 Game, 8/10 Achievements (really well-thought-out achievements but they just had to add really grindy ones and due to it being an older game, some of them are un-obtainable sadly).
The future of this channel is looking really strong with a lot of really great upcoming games I'm covering, games like Cuphead, Rainworld + Downpour, Celeste and even games coming out in the future like Payday 3!

Vampire sunflower and I kinda used a bug to get do the gnome thing instead of collecting them so I could get torchwood and hovergoat Here’s a challenge max out all plant variants and zombie variants :) Also at least you could play the town hall for rainbow stars I had to pay 7 regular stars for 1 rainbow by that seagull

Back when this game still had a huge population and they were actively doing the rotation for town hall I played it all the way till I was just missing insanity and boss battle boss. To this day I’m mad I didn’t do that crazy boss hunt

i still play this beautidul game to this day, but boss hunts, and community challeges, and all the actually fun townhall modes without a speed boost, are fond memories now. i wish you couldve experienced all of them because they were truly something to behold

ya GW2 had no right to impact as good as it did. i think i got it once it was freeplay or something or i got a copy i got no memory just i did enjoy what i had and found it and the original gw fun as crap like ya nowadays, ya got little to breath in and vauge memoiries of the older times. i had fun in the first and by the time second droped i was already old blooded to the first. also at that point ya could wipe entiry lobies with the all star gun rush XD. i wont lie i joined that because i did often enjoy all star. infact that time gave me a good enjoyment of him and i still like him.

I remember playing pvz gw2 before 2020. The community events were pretty cool, but largely out of your control (one of them was something like “kill 10,000,000 players” or something like that). I almost managed to get the crazy mode boss hunt achievement, but my teammates were too dumb and I lost just as the boss hunts were discontinued. Now my achievement bar perpetually sits at 98% completion, an eternal reminder of my failure.

thanks for reminding me of this game i remember i used to do a morph glitch in multiplayer games to mess with people (look it up and try it, its really funny) i remember me spending a couple days getting top 30 on the sewer target practice using some bugs and good characters (I’m like top 200 now) this game brings infinite fun and good times with friends and i HIGHLY recommend you try it if theres nothing else to play

PvZ Garden Warfare 1&2 were such fantastic games and I miss them so much, even PvZ BFN wasn't that bad after a few updates! I wish they would make another PvZ GW but it's looking like they won't be.... :( such a shame, a very good and fun game series IMO. I myself have all the trophies (Platinum) on PvZ GW 1&2, and PvZ BFN for Playstation. But nonetheless a very great video!! :D

Fun fact, as someone who has actually done literally everything, it would take you about 1200 hours or so, give or take a couple hundred. You would think mastering every character would take up the bulk of the time, but you’d be surprised that getting every customization takes almost twice as long.

Deadbeard in the bottom tier is actually crazy. I've gotten insane mileage out of him, and his "secret" spyglass-to-scattershot combo does a TON of damage if you can pull it off consistently.

Good work man, great to see how your vids have been improving! I'd like to recommend Kane and Lynch 2: Dog Days. Definitely a game that kinda was discarded, but it's really interesting, with one of the most unique game modes for MP I've ever experienced...in fact I'd also like to get the MP achievements, but it's really hard to find dedicated hunters for that nowadays. In fact if anyone wants to do that too, let me know!

fun fact: there are some silly glitches in the game (if you pause and interact with a backyard decoration at the same time you become invincible until you get goatified or go into a mech and if you lose the flag minigame while being a goat you get to keep the dmg buff)

I remember not being able to do a single gnome trial as a kid, I did it in less than an hour recently. JJust some tips if you wanna do it: in the memory one use the scientific to warp to go quicker in the first rounds (they are easier to remember), in the fire one use the orange because in ball farm you can finnish it really quickly, you just need to get the timings, and in the balance one, use the superhero, the jump can help you cut corners and the kicks can help you skip sections, I didnt even do the part where you avoid shots because I just jumped right above it. Also, if you forgot to save the code or lost it, just enter the room, not start the trial and go there with a drone.

Another direction I could see this series going is a RTS series like Starcraft. But if they did that, they would need more races. I thought of 4 others that could exist along with the plants and zombies. They are beasts a race of trained animals (mainly pets) that were trained and eventually upgraded to fight alongside the plants. Robots that the humans used for fighting the zombies. The other two are humans but one is a diseased one that didn't turn zombie but is quarantined and so they have a toxic theme to their design and tech. The other humans are the ones that aren't sick and avoid it by wearing hazmat suits and EV suits. I picture they would have a strong sanitary theme. Ironically I never played any of the games in this series but I still like the idea of these characters and think these would be fun ideas anyway

i LOVE gw2. my fav variant in gw1 would be either the plasma pea or berry pea (maybe even the chester chomper or the citrus cactus? (but agent pea was my favorite to play) and in gw2 it's gotta be the shrimp imp (not to play). i don't really know my favorite to play yet because i spent my first 11 1/2 hours in the game getting the go outside achievement with the standard peashooter and i only have around 19 hours total.

there is a bug go up to one of the backyard things that you can change (like the ones in your base) then press b for xbox o for playstone e for pc and pause your game the game thinks your in the changing so you WILL not die (you don't take damage).
