You know TMez, so many setup guys or car owners will just not say anything to the driver.”You’re driving it wrong.” “Gotta go faster.” And that’s it. These guys asked questions and were curious as to what you thought. Lots of respect for the Wade crew after this video.

Not bad for new car, I'll bet ya'll get faster next time. I love that ya think of the owner and don't abuse it when it won't help, that's a noble deal

This length video is what I miss. From one racer to another, I completely understand the difficulty of finding to film time on race day, but you signed up for it haha. I miss the long videos

I appreciate that. I was told to try and make shorter videos to win on KZbin algorithm. Shorter videos means more % of watch time and that helps its reach. I might start a membership for the full video. $5 a month. Full length videos with more information like what bars I’m running and setup information. Idk I’m working my ass of to try to make this channel work

Always a good show at the action track. The cars are just screaming! But the holes in the turns entry side both ends have been there I wish they would prep it better.

That's wild to see how straight your arms are while steering the car is the car is in how far the steering wheel is away from you, I always like my wheel to be a lot closer, And what did they have racing after yall's class that we could hear at the end of the video there
@tmezTv
@tmezTv 2 жыл бұрын
The steering wheel was definitely forward and a very high in this particular car and I could barely reach the top of the wheel until the feature we moved it down but still not ideal

My home track. Last time I was there was this past May though nothing was going on at the track and I was in town really for the Indy 500 anyway, but it’s always good to visit the roots. Watched Tony Stewart and Jeff Gordon kick some ass at TH Action track and of course the GOAT himself Steve Kinser. Can’t even count the amount of races I’ve watched there. I recommend to anyone who has never been, go see the World of Outlaws there. This is true grass roots American racing right here. Greats like AJ Foyt, Tony Stewart etc. Indycar needs to get back to giving these drivers an opportunity. Nothing against Kart racing, but yea. You are still livn the dream 🤘

Thats, cool you talk about trail breaking (dragging ur brake going in) most guys don't talk about that top secret stuff, anyway can you drag your brake off the turn to reduce the wheel spin while not lifting much off the gas?

Hey TMEZ...why do some cars smoke from time to time? Looks like oil is dripping onto the left header usually. Also, is there anyway we could get a view of how the brake pedal in a sprint car works? Thanks!
@tmezTv
@tmezTv 2 жыл бұрын
The over flow on the oil tank is in front of the left header. Let’s just say they find their own oil level so it’ll push out anything it doesn’t want

@diychad7268
@diychad7268 2 жыл бұрын
It all just depends on whether the car is lose or tight, thats what a lot of folks don't underatand about circle track racing, there are lirerally thousands of different of combinations of things you can adjust in order to try and make it around the track faster

fastest? you never ran winchester have you tom? do you like the bull rings or the bigger tracks better, I like the bigger tracks, not much fun if they have to muzzle the power a second after bringing it up, wish we had one more big dirt place to go to closer to auburn then terre haute, though might have that wish if irp does the temp dirt track thing like talked about in 2019 or 18 somewhere big enough to have silver crowns on dirt in indiana at least, since the mile was taken from us, I like the ripping speed like at eldora and irp, and frown at the push for smaller tracks, yes the action is more furious yes its easier on equiptment and more a drivers skill, but I like seeing the cars show what they can do, and am disconscerted at the loss of tracks to auto salvage buisnesses buying them up, the only plus side is that its still used for cars at least but lost soo many tracks in the last 20 years

Terre Hautes straights ate just too long for sprint car racing. Eldora works cuz of the banking & the short straights. Sprint cars are to badazz for big long half miles like this. 3/8m or 1/4 tracks are best. Both for the safety of drivers but the fans as well

I seem to see much better races at Terre Haute than Tri State. Bout to give up on 1/4s.
